Probably going to get shot down but I’m entitled to my opinion. Hernandez for me is an impact player off the bench in a good squad. At home he has his moments no doubt he’s class at times. Away from home he is a complete passenger most of the time. Glad he’s staying but by no means consistent enough to be a first choice pick as I say with a play off chasing squad.

Just a fact here; he has created more clear cut chances this season than any other player in the championship. And then my opinion; he has been by far our best player this season. Deserves the renewal, and I'm pleased is happened.

I think most agree the team this season have not been good enough. We are likely to lose Pontus, Hernandez and Saiz in the summer. Anita, Lassoga, Pennington, De Bock, Sacko, Felix. O, Kane, Cooper, Cibbicki all need to move on, probably loaned out as i can't see many being wanted unless league one clubs are interested. Of the playerss out on loan only Coyle deserves to come back, Klich is playing well but not sure he can do it in this league.

Looking at the players we are being linked with not sure any will improve us for next season. So if we are looking at a five year plan think the summer is the time to kick sstart it. Young ones who have proved themselves in U23s should step up. For me that's Dalby, Sarkic, Machuca, Clarke, Rey, Strujik, Denton and maybe Hosannah. Not saying play them every game but they should be in first team squad and given game time to see how good they are.

They can still get games with U23s and take the experience back with them and maybe motivate the other young ones. Plenty of talent in U19s and U18s who could step up to U23s. That will not solve our problems as we will still need at least one CB a No2 goalkeeper, a DM, maybe Ide our Japanesse ghost, a No 10, a proper striker, and someone with pace preferably a winger who can cross. Add these to BPF, Paudi, Ayling, Berardi, Pearce, Vierra, Phillips, Forshaw, Alioski, Roofe, Ekuban and Connor then maybe we could see some improvement next season.

I see no point in buying players like this Jerry guy who can't score gets injured as it is just stopping proper young talent from progressing. If the young ones step up and perform then i will personally apologise to Orta. Thing is i am concerned some may be gone before they get near the first team so let's kick on. that's a five year plan i am not keen on.

Lets go and get Roy Keane as the boss! he's been learning the ropes under one of the best and he would jump at the chance to manage Leeds, even just to piss off ole red nose. He done a job at Sunderland effed up at Ipswich but at least he has a passion for the game which not many have these days. Feathered rattled i'd say, but?

I find it staggering that we are allegedly still chasing for £4million Mbakogu of Capri in Serie B who is injury prone and less than prolific in the goalscoring department. When are the powers that be going to realise to compliment the good young players coming through that we need some proven, quality Championship players or even better.

Why did Radz and Orta actually sign Roberts? They might see hell of a potential in him to spend a fair bit on a youngster who wouldn't be able to play for a season? Maybe the genuinely knew nothing of the injury, but for some reason I have a feeling they did. Be interesting when he comes in to the team next season!
