If anybody is interested there is going to be a special low rate season ticket in the upper East Stand.
Don't know it's been announced yet but it will be soon.

I thought it cost too much money to police the Upper Stand, far more than ticket sales would generate which is why it is always closed off, plus the fact we haven't got enough people to warrant opening it.

Not sure if that's the reason or not but there must be a great deal of confidence that we will get 35k+ each week to need to open the Upper Stand

Not just the policing costs, also stewards and other staff, plus extra on business rates for some reason (dunno if that's true but it was uncle Ken's reasoning)
