Have I missed something? Saiz flew in yesterday and was having a medical this morning and no announcement on him signing. Ekuban can fly in, have a medical and sign in a matter of hours. Is Saiz signed up or is there a delay due to a medical issue?

If alioski signs, surely the 1.6 we spent on sacko would have been better spent elsewhere (towards a cb ? ) . Which players are going to be surplus now, will Dallas, o Kane
Bridcutt, Phillips all still be in the new managers plans, I presume viera will be and the new pole. if siaz signs and Proves to be a success then Pablo could be a great sub to have at times for last 20 in games. anyone actually seen this alioski play (other than u tube clips? )

I guess these players won't be surplus but having competition for places should certainly make last years players up their game. Which is surely a good thing right?

Ongoing complications with Athletico rights I'd assume. Saiz isn't being signed from one club, he's being signed from two.

Can't be that as the deal is done subject to a medical. Hopefully it all goes through as we need the creativity this guy can bring.

Terms agreed subject to medical but you still have to get all three sets of lawyers to sign paperwork and money to move around.

I heard he started his medical yesterday evening, probably to be completed this morning. Expect an announcement later today, at a guess.

Radz has signed the targets so far that we have been trying to get. Gone about it with a patient methodical approach. Time for the doubters to start believing that we are trying to build a good solid squad that will be capable of challenging for promotion. Still think there will be more to come.
