How can we have had 4 substitutions?

New rule introduced, if it goes to extra time the teams can make a 4th substitution. Only if the game goes beyond 90 mins.

Supposed to even out the pressure on both teams. Wasn't the first time that it was used tho.

I think it got introduced after Lewie Coyle got injured v Norwich and we had to play ET with 10 men.
