Sunday Mirror reporting that club is struggling to get Roofe to sign a new contract and as word has got out, Premiership clubs circling for January.

His contract runs till 2020, don't think there's much chance of him leaving, especially to the clubs that are supposedly after him.

Depends on whether Radz wants to keep him. If he's willing to let him go, and probably Bub as well, then might as well take £10M. On the other hand, if we want him to stay then at least £20M to open negotiations. They're PL clubs supposedly after him, make them pay through the nose.
