I'm a bit worried about this investigation.
I know I'm a pessimist but I can honestly see points reduction coming.
I think radz was a bit premature with his apology and fair play statement. That is admitting guilt.
I hope he toughens up and gets his lawyers to take it to court and subpoena every other team in the league (s) to see if they have done it! What's good for the goose etc.
in the meantime I would announce a ground ban for Lampard and Derby!

Whats the difference in scouts or indeed the manager going to watch an opponents match the previous week. It's a lot off bullshoot. Points deduction was always going to be the FL's goal.
