I think If TC is sacked we will get another foreign coach who is used to working under a director of football. Not a lot different to what we have now. The system Radz has in place will not allow for an old style British manager to come in.

Exactly. I've got a feeling that TC has the potential to be a good coach. It's the players that are the problem. Maybe giving out five year contracts all over the place has given some of them a false sense of security!

I have no need to tell him anything Wex. It is true there aren't many good English managers around and this is not good for the game. I don't see TC turning around these bad results anytime soon. The phase we in right now reminds me of the mid 90s just before the other George became our manager. Soon after he remarked he didn't realize how bad we had become. We just don't have a spine, very little robustness. We've been worked out and it's time to get back to basics but under TC I don't think it can be done. Even if Orta is confident he can bring in 4 players who'll make the difference, what are we meant to do in the meantime?
