early in the season we seemed to move the ball quickly and crisply and make good runs and have good ideas - that all seems to have evaporated now. why? We need to get back to that to rediscover our form and make use of the players that we brought in.

If we put Pbf in goals and things went wrong then you'd all be cursing him and that could destroy his development aus, coaches know more than we do and they obviously think now is not his time

Fully agree Alf. It's mental thing, not physical. We know they can do it but recently, the pace has slowed, the passing has drifted and the decision making has let too many down. It may be that January has an answer but that would be sad. We know there are players here already who have the skill base just need the confidence.

Bloody mess at the moment. Lots of backpassing, then hoofing it forward, to them as often as us. Not enough passes forward, but often quite hard to do so, as our players further forward often do bugger all off the ball and allow defenders to near enough man mark them to the point that you cannot get the ball to them. Some of them need setting about with a cattle prod or a taser at the moment to make them show a pulse or other signs of life. Having watched games early doors, we should have cruised in some of the more recent games. If some of them don't improve soon, they should be put on eBay, with no reserve price. That'll learn em. Rant over.
