From watching the games so far and reading all the comments/reports it seems as tho just about everyone has been Man of the Match at some point which says to me that most players carry the skill factor they just don't have the consistency required. Again back to TC and the team to get us/them back to doing what we/they do best and what has blown teams away already. Do the simple things right (and at pace) the rest will follow.

If after the international break we still can't get a result and lose against Boro and AR decides to let TC go then Orta should follow him and we allow the next coach to be a manager and have a say in recruitment of players. Works well for other teams, look at wolves the manager has recruited players he trusts and knows and as a team they are flying.

We let Warnock recruit and it took 2 years to get over it.

The Wolves "manager" signs the players that his agent tells him to (quite possibly because he's also the player's agent ! )
