Well said Whiteman. He may have had his faults but nobody deserves what he had to go through.

Martyn-g, got to give him some credit he paid 50 pence for the club when no one else was interested saved our bacon even through he was a pain in the arsenal so for me can’t send him to that hole. (in fact I would send my worst enemy)

I will never give anyone credit for asset stripping our great club. do you honestly think her ever put even 50p of his own money into Leeds? Chairmen (with one or two exceptions) NEVER put their own money in without being able to get it back out and Master Bates made millions from Leeds while he dragged us through the mud. He engineered it so that nobody else could get near us you need to revisit the correct version of our history Whiteman.

Aifupper, they all make money no matter who they are the point is who came when the 🍟 were down and let’s mke no mistake they were, He did, As I said he didn’t do us any favours and he may have made lots on us but he kept us going for his own benefit may, so you can keep your history book not really worth the effort reading them,

Reading what Haigh said in the papers, it reminds me of a film called Midnight Express about a Westener stick in a hell hole prison in Turkey. I think we should have negated a prisoner swap. "You send us Haigh and we'll send you, Ian Huntley". Seems fair enough to me.

There were plenty of others interested at the time when Bates bought the club but him and his cronies made sure he was the only one who could buy it by greasing up the companies we owed money to. He then took us to the lowest point in our history and put us into administration. The guy is a complete crook.

If that was the case and from what I’ve read they showed interest but never had the money to back it up, the money owed would have to been paid back who ever got there grubby hand on the deal, Raz has no money it a consortium who now own Leeds he’s just the front man, and when he sells the club he will make money as they all do, that's Y they are rich, by greasing the next guy up that how it works in business. How may time have you read the story that this person or that person was looking at buy Leeds lots and lots but never had the money.
