As a team without limitless funds and languishing in the Championship our scouting policy must be to identify a first team prospect and pounce. Waste no time, for if the target is any good any delay and the sharks will gather. There are always Championship promotion contenders or Premier League strugglers who are on the lookout and if they smell blood will attack. We do the searching they do the gazumping. Prime example Aden Flint, on our radar for many weeks now West Brom interested. Financially we cannot compete.

I agree, not so long ago Norwich were taking players off us now it's almost the case of the boot is on the other foot. We were warned about Orta, just think had we signed Flint and Byran kept Green as what we have is no better and signed a couple of proven cheap strikers like Garner and Madine .

This player Kean looks like a little gem. If we are interested then pounce now even if he doesn't move until the end of the season because of a contractual loan. Don't ring the bells then watch all the others come running.
