Let's face it. If we somehow miraculously were able to be promoted this season then, with this current team we would be straight down the next. No amount of one off spending, especially under the direction of Orta, would give us the talent, experience, structure, belief and depth required. I really don't want to buy into AR's 5 year plan. I have too many years under my belt to want to spend a whole lot more watching Championship football. But we need at least one more. The only reason for aiming for aiming at the top 6 is to have a shot at going up. AR/PH should abandon all pretense of this and use the rest of the season to set up for next year. Try a new formation. Try a new captain. Try new players - at least give BPF a run so h3 can gain some experience when it can't cause too much harm. And, for Peters sake, try a new structure where Orta is nothing more than a glorified scout providing recommendations only for PH to consider.

Bpf was sent back to us from York city because he crumbled in first team.

If he's good enough to be on the bench, he's good enough to take the field and, come on, he can't be any worse than Flapper.

he can be worse because if we play him and he crubles that can ruin him for the future espically with leeds fans getting on his back with ironic cheers like felix it could ruin him. I wouldn't want to play in goal for us with our so called fans doing that

Good point BW but sometime he will need to s**the or get off the pot. He's a big boy now. Time to put on the big boy pants. We have no room for a pet GO.

He did not want to be at York and if he is not involved in first team will be off in summer along with Wilks and Coyle. These lads have proved themselves so can't play U23s forever. And none of them want to be some where else when they see how the team is playiing. If they can't get in this team no point them staying.

Mental strength is just as important as ability. That might take this lad more time to develop. Why destroy him? I'm sure that is something that the coaching team are aware of, and consider.

BIGE are you saying he was crap at York because he didn't want to be there?

Not exactly. He was involved in our first team then suddenly shipped off to York, he did not ask to go he fancied his chances against Felix. What i am saying its hard to perform at your best when you have just been kicked in the teeth. Mentaly he was not with the programme in my opinion. He is a lot better than his York form.
