It is even clearer now. I have previously suggested an 8-12 finish will be the outcome. Could be considerably lower unless big improvements are made quickly. As I have also said, Weidfeld, De Bok, Cooper, Phillips, Roofe, Alioski, Ekuban, Chisbiki, Sacko, O'Kane and Anita are all not good enough. Vierra ok as a prospect. Berardi Great trier (Good but not great) . Ayling (good /v. good) . Jansson, Saiz and Forshaw Good enough to keep in a promotion pushing team but will they stay or be allowed to stay? . Dallas is a good squad player. SO - What do we need for next year . A lot of cash and decent scout/manager to find the following minimum amount of quality players:- A goal keeper; left back; Centre half; two midfielders; at least one winger and a striker. Lassoga is a quality finisher but only in a team that can create chances for him. Its the same for all strikers but we've needed strikers that that can also hold the ball up, win headers against any opposition, score, cross, defend, create chances for others and do anything else the rest of the team can't do. Building the team will be a big ask. It will depend on whether the owners have the ambition, money and knowhow. Not convinced at all.

I agree Hesslian. We're now bottom half of the table and based on the performances of the above players, it's where we deserve to be. We're sh*t and we know we are! However, "A lot of cash and decent scout/manager". Not going to happen in my opinion. Orta is going nowhere and will continue to try and 'make it' on the cheap.

As I said ' I'm not convinced' it's going to happen either. It's a big money game now and we haven't got big money. Money 'Yes' but not 'big money'

Hesslian, agree he needs to sell to someone with money and knowledge of the game
