It seems that Radz. Does not have the funds to invest in the players needed to get promoted or he believes that promotion can be achieved on a the cheap ( won't happen) He needs to get an investor with real funds in or sell on altogether . if he sells now he will make a handsome profit . if he continues as he is now value of the club will drop rapidly. As shrew businessman I'm sure he will make the correct decision. or will he ?
