come on 6 games.6 games against top teams. TC lost six points to millwall. millwall and other rubbish teams, hecky has not been able to turn it around against wovles and borough. different kettle of fish. for the rest of the season let's get behind the manager and behind the players so Saiz and co have a reason to stay and next year get us in the promotion mix

The performances have not improved and his team selection as left a lot to be desired, but he as to see whose up for the job and worth staying, Radrizanni can't sack Heckingbottom without sacking Orta now surely, its worrying having poor players on long contracts could be hard to shift them on in the summer we can't keep getting players in without getting rid, I like to think they'll be a different approach in the summer on how and who we recruit.

the performances I saw under TC from Hecky have been a world of difference. under TC men got sent off every game, we folded everytime we were behind, we had no passion no fight no orgainsation and no clue. Under Hecky everything has been better we have fought and played much better. Ok last two games have been poor but against one very good team and one of the greatest teams of this divsion ever so can't really compare that to falling apart and letting in four goals in consective home games can we? Hecky will do better if the fans are reasonable and give him time

In regards PH, whether I like him or not rate him or not I will back him, but ask yourself this if any of the teams looking for promotion at the beginning of the season had sacked there manager how many would of gone for him, villa no Boro didn't derby no even Sunderland went elsewhere wolves no the Windies didn't, Fulham no.

Milwall have been doing well since you saw them at ER tbh Bermo - you must have brought them good luck! Agree with what you are saying though we are definitely making improvements under Hecky - the next handful of games are certainly more winnable on paper and will hopefully give the opportunity to start getting a bit of momentum and BELIEF together which is much needed for an under-confident squad. Hecky has spoken about a winning mentality and I completely agree that is half of the battle in football.

Your right Richiem no one else would have gone for him we got him because he's a yes man to Orta and cheap, that's not to say he won't turn out to be any good two wins in 22 championship games doesn't bode well for him but more importantly Leeds.

true Alf I have brought them luck. as for bigger teams going for Heck that is true but donesnt make us wrong, who went for wagner? still a great appointment, I suggested going for pulis and many on here said no thanks. The only reason we should get rid of heck is if big sam is sacked from Everton in which case we have to get him in the role, he will get any team in this league performing better and get most of them in play offs at least, but then again many would say no to big sam as well, maybe go for Marco 'over rated' silva

Having listened to most of his interviews, I really don't think he is a yes man. He's already come out and said that the squad isn't good enough to be in the playoffs, and we deserve to be where we are, plus he's dropped Felix and De Bock. If he was just a yes man, both would still be playing, and he wouldn't dare to speak out against any of the playing staff.
