Time to give Pearce a game and see if he can reach his potential and be our LB. Not over bothered if we don't win many or any of our last games of the season. Be happier to lose them but try new things ie- formation and a couple of young ones. How is jack Clarke playing and what about kun? If we can find a couple of gems from them, got to be worth risk? Then maybe not a huge overhaul, maybe 3-4 experienced players to help with young ones. Cud be BPF as number 1 but get rid of other 2 keepers, need another GK to cover. Then ailing, Pearce and Pontus ( buy imposing Cb to play with Pontus. Have cooper, beradi and Coyle as back up (defense sorted) Bring back Klich and Ideguchi and keep saiz, Forshaw, veira, Pablo and alioski. Maybe add an experienced MF and class speedy winger. Send lassoga home or if can buy for 2-3 mil then keep and work on his jumping and holding the ball and link play. May need to spend most on a proven striker and keep Ekuban and hope Roberts can be great. So 2nd GK (2-3mil) , Cb (6-8mil) , MF (4-6mil) and striker ( 6-10mil) . 12-25mil needs to be invested if Rads serious about getting promoted otherwise be a champ team for another 14 years. The rewards if getting up would be amazing and I think our 5 best may stay (Pontus, saiz, Pablo, Forshaw and vieira) if we show intent in summer. If rads not up for it or no funds, give Amanda stevley a call as no go with Toon army?

Question is did AR put all his eggs in one basket. Many good man has come into football ownership with good intentions and a few quid in the bank, only to find out that running a football club is not like any other type of business. If AR has invested most of what he is prepared to do, then maybe we have a problem. We applauded him for signing up some of the better performers with long term contracts only to see them sit back and go through the motions. We may get lucky with with some of the "ones for the future", but what position as a club we will be in then is anyone's guess. AR I believe is a good guy, but his business model appears to be found wanting and the cracks have appeared, his rants lately show this. He needs to look hard and long at this problem in the summer and if he is to save his investment take action .

Agree with you guys. We do not need, as some on social media are saying, a major overhaul. The exact number of new faces is the difficult decision as we don't, as yet, know the quality of the young guns. This then is more of an argument to just give up on the rest of this season and play them. If they do come good not only will it save Radz a few mill but it will put a smile on many faces. The big quandary appears to be striker. Do we keep Lassoga - looking unlikely. Do we keep faith with Ekuban/Grot - given coaching and game time will they start knocking them in. Will Roberts be the saviour - unfortunately blind gamble. or, Do we promote a young gun and try him at the coalface, see if he can hack it. To supplement all this, I agree that we should possibly look at only 3/4 seasoned pros.

If we don't know the quality of the young ens by now then we're in big trouble

If he hasn’t got that sort of money to invest then time to go as we will never get promoted. Silly of him to take wood’s money over 3 seasons.
