I can see where the Hecky out squad are coming from but surely it's too early to make that call. The worst you can say is that he took a losing team and has not improved them, yet. Not as bad as get him out, when you think how bad they were when he took over and that non of them are his. He has had time to look at them and, reading between the lines, do not think he has much faith in many of them. Maybe he IS getting the best out of some players. It's just that their best is not good enough. I am a great believer in continuity. Surely we have given up on this season and are pretty safe from relegation so if he bloods a few young uns (Pearce played well today) and he buys wisely then let's go again next year. Yes I know, Deja Vu. How many times in seasons past has our season finished in March.

Can't buy without off loading the long contract players and there's quite a few of them that need to be made available for transfer, Heckingbottom record his shocking from Barnsley to Leeds he's not the man and one other thing ORTA OUT.

Did you think Pearce played well leodis? . have a look at the first goal again, how many poor passes did he make first half? . ibget he will need time, and possibly a loan move to a league one club (same as Taylor did) . But if that's the best we have coming through from the 23's then we are in trouble
