Maybe radz changing his tune a bit. Maybe why no knew manager been named. Maybe he is going for better quality manager and having to negotiate what level of transfer control they will have. Maybe that's why not bought anybody yet. Maybe radz is waiting to get new managers opinion on new players. Maybe.

There is probably a committee involving Radz, Kinnear, Orta and the Head Coach when it comes to signing players however it is likely that the Head Coach will ask for a position to be covered i.e striker and Orta will provide the player. It is foolish to believe that anyone but Orta will have known who Lassoga, Saiz or Alioski were. Radz has confirmed his limited knowledge and Kinnear is a real estate expert, so it is likely that Orta will have the lead opinion

Yeah, and on what basis is he qualified. Bloke didn’t even play the game. He signs whatever player he can get the best backhander for.

Kinnear and Orta, what a totally uninspiring duo we have at the top end of the Club. Some of Kinnear's Programme Notes last year were deluded. He said we could still get top six when every man and his dog knew we had more chance of seeing Rocking Horse sh*t.
