He is not playing to his potential. There are always reasons teams win draw or lose. Sometimes individual reasons. Players that win games get credit. Players that are responsible for losing games get stick.
We drew the game I know.
But no point saying it’s scandulous that we moaning about Ayling. The fact is he is not in form.

I think Ayling has been one of star performers this season so far at rb. One average game doesn’t mean he’s crap and needs dropping maybe a games rest but not dropping because of his form. I believe we’ve got two of the best full backs in the league in Ayling and Douglas one their day they can give a few premiership pairings a run for their money. Just because we’ve drawn one game against the team who are joint top of the league with us doesn’t mean we shall start finger pointing and picking out individuals. MOT.

watch the game again this morning, any criticsim of aylin is very short sighted and harsh.

he was playing against a good team

he has to offer both defensive cover and expected to go forward

cooper had a poor game

KP whatever people may think only made one successful tackle that must bring extra strain on defence

all forward thinkin players (alying comes under this) looked poor due to borough quality

Ayling was busy, defended well considering pressure he was under, he found it hard moving forward as borough did a great job on him, not bad play ayling but well played borough

ayling may of not been at best yestedray but many good reasons for this, still think he has been our best player over last year and best right back in the league.

This team is basically the same players from last season with one of two additions, I think the lads have done well and with Bielsa behind them will continue to keep up this standard of play now. Think back to the last season!, I know what type of football i prefer. Let's stop picking fault with the individuals as we now got a team!

Disagree bw. Ayling was poor. Boro weren’t that good either. We both maybe at the top and I hope we stay there. Just because Boro are 2nd now doesn’t mean anything.

i can see point Aus. I just think ayling was busy against a good team. You can not say we should of won easy, look at facts borough do not conceed, that's a fact. Borough did what borough do kept a clean sheet. Think it is harsh to say we should of scored against a team who never conceed. As negitive as I am and can be i think it was a case of well played borough rather than poorly played leeds.

when playing agisnt these teams they can make attacking players like ayling, saiz alisoki look poor, when truth is they were not poor borough just did a good job on them. I honestly think that is what happened, we had a great team (they are a defensivly great team at this level look at their record) do a professional job on us. this might make some players look poor.

Disagree Aus. Think BW is spot on with his assessment of Ayling, both last night and overall in a Leeds shirt.

Personally i would have thought Saiz would be coming under more criticism, as his final ball hasn't been up to the standards he has set himself. However i am glad this hasn't been the case. I love watching the interplay between our forward men these days. Would love every single move to end in a goal but just seeing OUR side do this sort of thing is so uplifting. Even Aloiski is staying on his feet so he can participate further in each move

Ailing is one of our outstanding players as Pablo. MB has transformed Roofe and now we are able to see what a very good player Roofy really is. Ayling is a key player and Pulis changed there set up early into the game to limit the effect of Ayling and Harrison on the right where we were causing problems.

It was great to see this season we are confidently able to switch play, Douglas and Alioski will get better at understanding each other.

We’re having great season so far, MB is the real deal.

Only issues I have are, wish we had brought in another quality CB, injuries and yellow cards leave us vulnerable with lack of cover.
Cooper is going to cost us games with his idea that if you can’t win the ball fairly jump on, elbow, kick the sh@t out of the other team. Give away penalties, get sent off, this is not taking ‘one for the team’. He’s not good enough, that’s why I think he does this.
Otherwise no complaints!

Every player in that team is going to have a few "off games". That's football! At the end of the day, we all know that Ayling is class and invaluable. He wasn't his best last night, but I'd still rather have him than any other RB in this league!

Having see the game cooper very very lucky, he need to work on his defensive game or we will be given pen away . Think KP did alright, this will be a tough game away,

Whiteman agree this will be a tough away game. Having been at the Norwich game last week I think sometimes we play without the pressure on us as at home games. We will come unstuck against some teams and will lose a few games along the way. Saying that I do believe we will win more and be more competitive than the previous season. One game at a time but let's back the boys, can't fault their effort so far.

maybe rose tinted glasses bright but i honestly think our style suits being away from home as home team coming at us will suit us more (as at derby) that said borough will never be an easy game. but have to say either way wtaching us play is pleasing we are like liverpool and city in the sense we are good to watch shame borough killed the game last night but then that is what they do and why they are good.
