Everybody sees the game differently and really you have to go with the consensus and weigh up most opinions, that doesn't make anyone right or wrong, in the end its the result that is the real answer. O-O they were away from home, they did not break us down in play and couldn't score from their set pieces. We had more possession and couldn't break down their defence. Our performance is what pleased me and we did not cave in and we were the ones going for it at the end. One game at a time, still don't think we know our best eleven and think there is a lot more to come from some of the players, not as an individual but more as part of the team.

I thought Boro were disjointed in attack and not the threat they were last year. Assombalonga was frustrated. They came to defend for the draw and to try and pinch a win from a set piece. They were solid at the back and we struggled to break them down but we're not likely to face a better defence this season. Bearing in mind their reliance on free kicks and long throw ins, I thought our defence did exceptionally well. Bielsa clearly has disdain for their type of football. Be interesting when we visit The Riverside. Will they sit so deep there? I fancy us if they don't. And Harrison, Pablo and Saiz behind Roofe sounds good.

swans and borough pleased me, both are games we would of lost in the past, ok we didn't win but we didn't lose and that is a massive improvement, we have always looked a bit soft and don't like afight, so far this season that has changed, we got bit of grit and can really play nice football. So far so good and good times at Er.
