None of us know in any way how this season will pan out, ultimately they are 3 possible scenarios, top 2, playoffs or also rans. The most important things is we are building. Rads has been in charge not much more than a year, resulting in the club being in much better shape. We have cleared out all the dead wood and the current manager and coaches have the team and the under performing players playing much better. A few astute signings in Jan and again ( if needed! ) in the summer window and we have to be there or there about.

With Biesla now not having to spend his time watching Leeds United videos does anyone else here believe he may be turning his attention to watching videos of Championship/ Lower Premiership standard players with view to additions to the squad in January?

To me he comes across as a thoughtful and methodical individual. Hence the reason he didn't want to recruit in the summer. At that time he would have had no idea of the exact demands of this league and what individuals may dovetail. Now, with a bit of experience, he could be assessing our weaknesses and other players strengths

Would love to see Leeds go all out to hunt down a specific individual and splash the cash.
(I will always believe Bamford was bought because he played in a certain area of the pitch, was not overly wanted by his club, and was a reasonable price)
I can't remember us chasing after a target in many a year (Rio Ferdinand? ) . Most of our buys are just available individuals.

He’ll be watching game after game

Ours

Opponents
Anything victor sends him

Guy is a total pro

Believe in Bielsa.

He def doesn’t seem to leave anything to chance.
Very smart man and so far is doing well.
I am impressed in general with how the team is playing and am hoping that the players keep learning his ways and improving.
I think he has the managerial ability to win the league, just not sure he has quite enough quality players.
But although they are frustrating to watch at times the defence is solid and they do give you the impression that at any given moment they can score.
They excite me with the way they play which is more than Christ or monks teams ever did.
