I said a few weeks ago we are not good enough. I've kept quiet after the euphoria of the two late but lucky wins. The squad is two small and we are forcing players to play out of position. This leads to inconsistency, fatigue and then injuries. Bielsa should have strengthened when he had the chance and used all the players at his disposal. He won't play Halme but plays Harrison. That is poor. He has done wonders so far but he is inclined to be rigid and stubborn. Going back to the Harrison issue. We all thought Man. City would do us favours but it is clearly the other way round. I still think we will finish in the top ten, probably the top six. We are not automatic promotion calibre unless we strengthen. Relying on Bamford, Brown, Cooper and Beradi coming back and getting us promotion is a bit too optimistic.

Hess it’s easy to post that viewpoint after we have lost, would have been braver to do it after the wins! This is Bielsa, the trust and faith that he shows in the players is rewarded by the way they play and keep going. You can’t write the season off with a loss against Forest when we played a massive chunk of the game with 10 men.

I agree and have posted before that we should use Baker andAapo more, particularly over Christmas. If he doesn’t trust them, then don’t have them in the squad.

It’s not just our results that are wobbling and the manager of the team that beat us today might still be sacked tomorrow!

This season is a long way from being decided, Bamford and Brown contributions will be key.

But in my opinion you are a very brave Leeds fan to give up on automatic promotion after the fight the players showed today.

Harrison was Leeds' best player in first half.
Clarke made a difference but I'd have left Harrison on for longer.
Maybe he will still come good.

Spanishleeds, why do you think Hess post after a loss cause he would have been hammered by you and many others on here he would have lost his head, we do need reinforcements to keep up in the chase, perhaps MB has a slight problem with changing players we will have to wait and see, great post Hess anyway.

Congratulations Hess for the imo worst post of the year. Maybe top 10! We are top for a reason. It doesn’t matter how we beat Villa or any other side as long as we win. And how can you say we were lucky to win two come from behind victories?

Struggle to understand your posts Whiteman! I have respect for all the posters with different views, particularly if they post them when others are saying something different! Respect doesn’t mean I have to agree with them though.

Enjoy the football, admire the effort and determination. Bielsa is the first to admit that he doesn’t get everything right and neither do any of us.
