I feel obliged to rank my disappointment levels from tonight, and it's quite simple:
1- the hugely negative response from so many fans.
2- the singling out of individual players for abuse, even tho they wear our shirt, and give their all more than so many before.
3- the questioning of MB's tactical knowledge, and decision making.
4- the continued delusional remarks about lack of investment, and then,
5- the result.

ALAW? I truly doubt it sometimes. 😔😡.

Bright It's you who's deluded. When players get paid a lot of money each week, we as fans have the right to criticize and abuse somewhat. It's painfully obvious Spygate and a poor January window have derailed our season.

Well said Bright! Always more interesting to see the reactions in defeat than after a victory! I guess the finger pointing and moaning has some kind of therapeutic benefit!

What I want to see is how everyone responds to this on Friday night! That will tell us more about the rest of the season than tonight. Seeing some of the comments around the net tonight, I think that has really hurt Bielsa and hit him hard!

Strangely, I think that we might now produce a better performance on Friday than we would have done if we had won! Let’s see!

What's wrong with saying it how it is? We were garbage tonight.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Doesn't mean I love LUFC any less.

George, the season won’t have been derailed until the season ends and we have missed out on promotion or not! There’s still a lot of points to be played for until that can Happen.

You might be right, but on the other hand you could be wrong. I’d like to see Friday’s response before I run to the hills and wait for the summer.

Spanish, I’ve posted a pic of Marcelo after the game on the Sightings tab. Interesting to see reactions to that.
George, your rhetoric sounds like something akin to slavery, or buying gladiators!? ” I pay my money, so win or die!? “ It’s an overused line that is destroying football, as well as good players, and never existed in the good times when football belonged to the working man.

Big respect to you Bright tonight! Not easy to put your head above the parapet when the machine guns have arrived and Someones lobbing Hand grenades!

Remember everyone it’s the variety of comments that makes the site interesting or otherwise we wouldn’t bother coming on.

Al, where are you mate, have I missed your post or are you whiled up, drunk in some London pub!

Danum, everyone can say it like it is but it’s always how it is through their eyes, that’s why we can have so much discussion about it. For me tonight was disappointing not garbage!

I agree Spanish, when the season ends we’ll see how well we've done . In my humble opinion we’re doing quite well up till now, or ups our downs, will win playing, poorly, lose playing great, but all that matters is the table, from where I’m looking it could be better, but looks pretty good . I like all here hope it ends in tears of joy, if not I’ll be disappointed like all of us here . But today’s losss doesn’t define our season, the remaining 12 games will, not just our games, but those of our rivals too, so as poor as some reckon we are, it doesn’t say much about the rest, so those who think we’re poor and the rest are so great how comes they ain’t clear in the table . Because it’s the Championship and no team is guaranteed to beat anyone, it’s who can reproduce there best form and gain points when they don’t deserve to, we ain’t done so bad so far . ALAW.
