Just listened to five live "inside leeds". My first reaction is that I hope he doesn't leave come the summer. The radical changes he has begun, not just on the pitch, is only just beginning . I feel there is so much more to come from the, and the word used was, genius.

And this is why EVERYONE, needs to back him to the hilt. Even if we don’t make it this season, for whatever reason, we will need him more next season. And if we do go up, we will need him even more still. All credit to Radz and Orta for getting this guy here. Now as fans, we need to keep him here.

Thankyou Brighty for highlighting it. Really worth a listen, quite a lot that we knew already, but it really brings home the extent of the cultural change and I agree with Leodis about wanting the change to continue with Bielsa involved. But not many Bielsa club projects have gone 2 years and beyond and I wonder if the continuity has been there in other clubs.

One of the points that hit me was the 11 vs 11 game each weds in a normal week. With the injuries we’ve had, I imagine that the challengers 11 is where the bench and under 23s get their chance. I’d be interested in seeing those lineups!

Lots of reassurance in there about the players not tiring as the season progresses. So I do wonder about this idea of his teams tailing off in the second half of the season. I wonder if it just comes down to the plan A and the fact that all teams have more time to analyze our play and develop a response as the season goes on.

Really keen to see how the players respond tomorrow.

I think that Bub's teams running out of steam is, like Leeds falling apart every season, just a myth.

Spanish, behind the scenes, right now, I hope Orta/ Radz are identifying clones of Bielsa. He has named one and I believe we have another in Corberan but given the average tenure of MB we need to be acively looking. Then hopefully bin it when we do not need it come summer.
