Hi all. just been reading Phil Hay's summary of Leeds annual accounts. Well worth a read. For those of us, me included, who have questioned past investment under Radz, it provides evidence that we were way off the mark. He has taken some brave risks. MOT.

yes apologies for my ignorance but apart from the 33 month moratorium what is the difference between paying rent to Teak Commercial and paying it to Greenfield Investments?

Maybe there's a tax fiddle in it? Or maybe Radz is going to do something like Morris did at Fat Frank Lampard's Derby County.

Woody it’s only for 33 months but if we own it why is there rent to be paid,? Definitely sounds fishy, tax fiddle or not someone has explaining to do Mr Radz!
