Strong under 23 starting lineup including KP, Izzy, JC and Beradii. Beradi seems to be playing left wing back, interesting! Anyone knows what happened to Aaapo, not featuring at all tonight again. Bogusz, on the bench.

Good first half from the lads, building up the performance, Clarke having a good run out and seems to be getting his confidence back with a few good runs. Izzy good half with some nice touches. Lots of the ball but not many clear cut chances yet. Half time nil nil!

Newcastle class showed in the second half. We didn’t make the most of our opportunities and they did every time. Newcastle winning 3-0, minutes to go. Great achievement to get to this level but the difference in class showed in the end against the premier league 2 side. Second half disappointing. Few key mistakes at important times, Diaz conceded a penalty, soft but a penalty and Hosannah lost the ball in a dangerous position. Not sure anyone really helped their credentials for the end of season run in. Izzy performance similar to most of his others, Clarke good run out but faded second half. Edmondson, couple of half chances he could grab. Hosannah, Good first half but then put into CB where he made his mistake. They still have the national finals to play for.

Not on this performance. Bogusz only got a half and couldn’t really get into it. Brown to me the same as ever, some good touches and balls but not getting hold of the game as you would expect.
