I actually hated that Liverpool won because I've got to listen to a load of plastic Liverpool fans here in Devon who have never even been to Liverpool in their lives whilst Leeds have suffered so much dross over the years . It's odd living in the Plymouth area, everyone supports Liverpool or man united and have never been to the stadium or have anything to do with those areas just nobody supports Plymouth argyle so they all follow premier league clubs.

Regardless of where their fans are from, nobody can begrudge them their moment of glory for what they have just done.

Happens all over the country Mighty. I went to watch a friends lad play for Grimsby last season. Before the game we went into a Pub in Cleethorpes and Man U v Spurs was on live on a big screen, the place was packed. I said to the Barman, a lot of Grimsby fans in here, he said they aren't mate, they are all Man U fans, everybody is around here. When Man U scored the Pub erupted and I saw what he meant, sad to see.

Leeds have plenty of fans and support around this country from a certain generation and age brought on from the Don Revie era and I'm one of them not because I was a glory hunter it was the white kit and name that did it for me I didn't know where Leeds was when I as a kid.

delighted for liverpool fancied them and gutted i didn't put money on it, top team, top manager and top fans (the proper ones) . as for plastic fans every club has them. think liverpool didn't deserve the 3-0 in first leg and might be the greatest team to finish second so champions league is well deserved. i always cheer on the english clubs apart from Arsenal.

Gelderd I've been having a friendly argument with a villa fan and told him our national support is bigger than there's and bulk of there supporters are midland based, every coach of villa fans at our game were Birmingham based you don't see the coaches or supporters clubs like Leeds do from other counties, then he started banging on about there average bigger than ours but like we all know our ground isn't big enough when Leeds United are doing well, to sell out at around 34,000 on home support is poor without going overboard I think 45,000 would do us in the Premiership.

Good point about the supporters buses, I pass a lot of them on my way up and they're from all over the place 🙂 that game we got promoted to the Championship there were fans from all over the world! but we're not famous any more 😉.
