The rumours surface again but if Janssen does want to go, is it just me who thinks it must be unsettling for others. Let him go/ get rid and let's concentrate on getting a solid settled defensive back two. Hopefully that's all it is, newspaper, scaremongering for I do like Pontus even though, at times, he can be a bit of a Prima Donna.

If we can get 10 mill and he is happy to go let him go. Its how the money is spent that matters.

I suspect that Whelan wouldn’t have written about him in the way he did without some kind of an understanding of at least some views from the club. He is one of the natural leaders when on form but not sure if he connects as well with the coaches as he does with the fans. For me GK and centre back base needs attention. We have options at left and right back.

Bristol just sold a left back 19 year old for £13 million. That’s the benchmark now for me, for the kind of money we should expect for any of our players!

got to let him go, great player and great servant but he deserves his shot in the prem. anything less than 15 million is robbery.

Not really Bright. The lad from Bristol has been bigged up for a while now.

I'd retain Pontus and make him captain. Ayling would be my vice (captain) . Syonara to Cooper and Berardi who can ply their trade in League One or Two.

Pontus, thinks he's better than he is. Let him go for the right money. For all his badge kissing, I'm Leeds through and through he is no different to any other player who will move on for a better deal. Not forgotten how he went missing with his so called injuries when needed during the TC period.

I think Jansson needs to leave. He needs to pit himself against better quality forwards whilst he still has age on his side. but I also think he isn't on the same wavelength as Biesla so it could be a good piece of business for both parties

As was quoted previously, the £13m for a young left back does kind of set a precedent for what the market is doing

I hope Cooper is kept but, as club captain, not as a guaranteed starter.

I would love to see one of the good young centre backs given a decent run of games.

And as a throw out there comment. how about a bid for Bartley. A true, proven leader. Good communicator. And also proven to not wilt when he puts on a white shirt.

cooper is not great but brill at set peices in both boxes and tom pearce is very good defender.

Georgie, I’ve mentioned the idea about Pontus, captaincy could be a way of motivating and reigning him it a bit, if he wants to stay and try and take us up. Pearce had a bad year, possibly due to injury and has gone backwards, doesn’t seem to have set the world alight on loan either. Not sure he ticks Bielsas boxes!

Need to do better than players from Millwall. Candidates for relegation next season.
