I am going to have a gripe. We let Saiz go back to Spain as an act of compassion if my understanding is correct. He has done SFA since and we are sat on a £6m White Elephant at a time when we could do with the cash to get replacements for people like him. He should do the decent thing and either return and knuckle down, or compensate LUFC for the loss of value of an asset (him) , caused by him. £6m would be most useful right now. Should have sold him when he decided spitting on people was ok. Rant over.

Tory, I think the last bit is right, we should have sold him earlier!

Bielsa won’t want him back and Saiz won’t want to come back. He had a massive opportunity in Spain with Getafe and blew it! He wants to live in Spain and near Madrid and he had all of that but couldn’t show them how good he was!

I suspect he will go cheap close to the end of the window or out on loan at the last minute if no other options.

I don’t want him back, rather give that spot to someone who wants to play for us and let them develop.

We could loan him, or sell him, to a remote unknown non league Russian Siberian team who are totally rubbish and made up of ex spies (lol) , convicts, western sympathisers, and Putin haters. It’ll be dark and freezing, if you don’t play well it’s 40 years hard labour.
