I was hoping that my self-imposed ban on posting would last until the end of the season.

To explain, I was away and unable to post in January and we went on a winning run.

I am a superstitious old git, so I decided I would not post again until we lost (sometimes it was very hard to do) .

Whilst last night's loss was very disappointing, in my mind it does not change the chance of automatic promotion as it stood prior to the game.

No one was predicting that we would finish the season without dropping points and most identified last night's game as one of the difficult ones.

There will be all sorts of twists and turns before the season ends and I think it is likely that all of the top 3 will drop points at some stage.

I still believe that we will finish in one of the two automatic promotion spots because, as a group, this squad has more mongel, determination and bonding than I have seen in a Leeds squad for some time.

I also sometimes think "what the? " at some team selections/ substitutions, but believe Farke gets it right a lot more often than not.

So stay positive lads and enjoy what will be a hell of a ride for the next few weeks.

Great post Jungle, please don’t take this the wrong way but happy to contribute to another short time away if it helps to bring us back to our pre international break form! ??

Many twists and turns to come and may yet come down to our very last game against saints and goal difference in an unprecedented championship season.
