On the subject of a new manager, I agree we need stability but do not think Bmcd is the right manager for us. Problem is that we are such a big club that it is too much for managers like Bmcd and the Warlock who have managed smaller clubs successfully.
IMO we need a manager who has experience of a top half prem or foreign top league, that will not be overshadowed by the club, history, fans and opposition all wanting Leeds scalp as it is the biggest game for most of them.

Not sure who, but feel that will need the experience gained at a top club to hack it at ER. let's hope that Cellino's plans and money are able to attract such a manger for us. MOT

Agree with what you said, Mac has stated he hasn't a clue as to what went wrong with our season, says everything that, if he hasn't a clue how is he expected to put it right, bye Brian thanks for your efforts but they were sadly lacking, I think as has been rumoured, Massimo will pick the players and get someone in to coach them, Mac has a worse record than Warnock and the same dire football, it is a massive job to sort this mess out, so going to take an experienced and ruthless coach to sort it, can't be any worse than the last few years whatever, to finish 40 points behind Leicester shows how much work needs doing, let's hope Massimo is up to the job.
