My mates boy is under 18 at Forest Green he says hockaday good coach but not at our level

No offence to your pals boy but I'm guessing he's not quite at our level either so how could he decipher if he's that good of a coach?

His managerial job result/attendance wise doesn't seem too bad when you read into it and his coaching history and setting up the first academy is a pretty good accolade.

Specially considering MC probably only knows about the chap from Gibbs which may suggest more of a collective approach to coaching/tactics and hopefully keeping Gibbs on if Hockaday were to get a coaching job of some description.

Sorry (Stellar), but Gibbs was sacked by watford and guess who was promoted by hoofroyd as his new assistant!!Yes hockaday!cant see them pair getting on too well!Hope i'm wrong though, we shall see!

Doesnt matter what level a 16 yr old kid is at the coach has a 34o/o win rate at a non league club
