Tell you what folks we have missed a trick there by not signing Ollie Watkins from Exeter, he has signed for Brentford for £1.8M. He is a good striker, performs week in week out, he has good pace and could be the next Vardy! Just a thought though and in no way does it mean I am unhappy with our transfers so far. Can't wait for the season to start as by god it's dragging, Sky Sports keep showing the date for our first game live in the right column and I swear it's not getting any closer! MOT

And how do your dates usually go Swadlad? Not much I reckon! Shouldn't you been on the We all love Boro site? Enjoying your overpriced striker signing! MOT

Watkins may be good Mike but he may also struggle in his first season like Roofe did with us. Step up to Championship from League 2 is a big step up. Hopefully Roofe will realise his potential this season

Yes your right NottsWhite, I didn't look at it that way but that's what these sites are for! Definately true what you say though. What about this picture of our potential new signing, have you seen it? Well I have a numerous amount of times and I would swear it's Michael Dawson and my office has many different supporters in it including a poor old Barnsley fan, 3 Wendies, 2 Utd, 1 Chelsea fan who got lost and ended up here and of course 6 Leeds fans! The thing is they all agree it looks like Dawson, although to be fair we didn't ask the Chelsea fan, he is not included in anything, even on Christmas parties he has his own! 🤣🤣🤣 MOT

Mike, why as a fan would you be concerned about the price of players? Middlesbrough with Brit and braithwaite now have the best strike force in the league by miles and your slagging Middlesbrough off for over spending on them?

First of all Swadlad, why on earth do you state that Middlesbrough have the best strike force by miles? Is it because they were both bought for stupid overpriced money or is it because they have played together at Middlesbrough last season? Oh wait a minute they haven't played together before have they! Yes that's right Braithwaite who? Oh and hang on who was top goal scorer in The Championship? I believe that was Chris Wood who played for Leeds United and still does! So look back at your post and think again! And while your looking go through all my other posts and look for where I have slagged Middlesbrough off! I think you will find that my only gripe is with your senseless, negative and stupid posts! Your posts have no substance, no meaning and make no sense! You never have anything practical to say, you never want to connect with good posts and your always looking to rub people up the wrong way with such negative posts! We all know our club and its failings but you would have to be an idiot if you can't see how much our club is changing for the better in all departments, we as supporters are not stupid just because we dream a little of being successful and if another season goes by and nothing happens we will dream away for next season! This is my last post to you in answer to anymore of your pointless posts! MOT
