We win together and we lose together, applies to us as well. We are in the top six, which by this stage is probably where most of hoped we would be. We've played some good football but we haven't found enough consistency. Plenty to work on but as many have pointed out, there are a number of teams who have had a worse start than us. TC knows what he needs to do, time to think then go again and see where we are at Christmas. i'm sure we will be scouting some options for Jan if required. Let's not slag the team or each other, off we have our little spur to do that. I suspect this year that there are going to be results all over the place in this league. Let's hang in there and keep supporting.

The type of mistakes we've made have been because of heavy legs. It's been a brutal month, 3/4 physical teams, 120 mins + penalties, 3 Tuesdays in a row. We just need a rest and we'll come good. Rather be fourth than in the relegation zone after our bad run. Teams around us like Bristol City and Sheffield United will have a bad run soon. It all events itself out.

well said Spanish. I'm as disappointed as anyone after today but players and fans must stick together. We've got to toughen up away from home but as long as we learn after each defeat we'll be fine and I genuinely believe that the big picture is good. Need a win quickly to get back on it then hopefully confidence will return and we go again

Good post Spanish but you got to admit we've underused Vieira, Felix has to go and I believe as 50337 posted it's time for Nessy to protect the back 4 and sit in behind Phillips and Okane. Casualty of changed formation may well be Alioski who can be brought on with half hour to go and maybe more effective. I want to see more solidity again.

lots of good points on here about formation. I agree he has been protecting Viera, a player I really like but good that he is coming into things now. On the goalie debate, I can understand why he has been given a run and it is very easy for a gk to get blamed for everything. I think TC will know if he hasn't got the confidence of the defence. I really trust TC and he has time to reflect and analyse and try out some new ideas. The advantage we have with the squad is there is a lot of flexibility within the players so we should be able to work out away if shifting shape if we need to. Now it's down to him, backed by the team and us to fill Elland Road until we get to the New Year and see what position we are in then. I still think with our scouting we will have opportunities to recruit then if it looks like we need to and success is within striking distance.
