ive got a good feeling for the rest of this season and believe promotion is not just a dream
MOT.

Sorry, hope your right but w.ham birmingham, southampton and others are playing bettter and more consistent than we are.

Agree7 Disagree4

They also could go threw a bad patch let redders lead us to the promised land

Agree1 Disagree5

Southampton really ? 3 wins in last 13 league games is not better than Leeds when we have won 6 out of 13 league games

Agree2 Disagree5

West ham are hardly consistant either to be fair, they got hammered 5-1 same night we lost to birmingham, and have been vulnerable to the odd result all season. Birmingham are the form team of the champ, but if we get some good consistency for the rest of the season then we have as good a chance as anybody to sneak up the top.

Agree3 Disagree1

I always thought we were 3 players off being one of the best teams in the division. Smith at RB, OB at CB if he finds his best form and Delph at CM could be those 3 players. Top 2 probably out of reach now but I still think we'll reach the playoffs with Redders and would have done with Larry. Mindless optimist maybe but I know how to support my team even though I'm anti-Bates. Keep the chants for outside boys... {Ed020's Note - cardiff and southampton are dropping points off, so second place is'nt impossible!!}

How about having a woman in charge
at Leeds for a change. I'm doing well
in the fantasy football, held top for a while and pla
ced nicely in second ready for crossing the winning line. I'm 2nd in the Super 20's, what more do you guys want. I'm your Woman Ken, come and get me..

Believable6 Unbelievable5

You may be in with a chance. Think of the money Ken will save on the washing and ironing of the kit as well, he know a bargain when he sees one.

Agree4 Disagree1

Wouldn't be taken seriously considering how archaic the big boys in football are

Agree0 Disagree1

Ooo naughty

Agree0 Disagree1

Arn't we enough of a laughing stock already. You may do a fine job but as you are of the opinion Fantasy Football is any thing like the real thing, I don't think so. No offence is ment, but we need a manager and a manager will balls (apologies for the pun!) to stand up to Bates and the playing staff.

Agree1 Disagree0

Great post, but some of the repliers need a sense of humour bypass!

Agree1 Disagree0

Ffs it was a joke

Chris miller from Leeds has approached Bates to buy the club,he is from Leeds and has a lot of money! {Ed020's Note -

Believable9 Unbelievable3

Unbelievable..... ed have you heard anything? {Ed020's Note - i don't even know who chris miller is!! that was what i was gunna put originally but ah lass distracted me}

Agree0 Disagree5

Who is chris miller and how do you no this please dont build my hopes up and let me down i hope your right whoever he is got to be better than kb saying that nick gleeson would be better than kb

Agree1 Disagree1

It doesn't matter how much money chris millers got it matters what bates wants and if thats the price of a top 10 prem league team then theres no1 going to be that daft so leeds will not be sold until we are in prem league

Agree1 Disagree1

Just googled him he's MD of Leeds commercial suppose it could be true but I formation like that is usually very very guarded, buyouts take a lot of planning one slip of information can halt the whole thing suggest if it is true keep it buttoned so we can get Bates out

Agree6 Disagree1

Footy manager?

Agree5 Disagree0

If it helps, the only Chris Miller I know is in the band You me at six, not sure how the Kaiser Chiefs would take it.

Agree4 Disagree2

I heard this rumour earlier this week from his son Tom who goes to the grammar school at Leeds as he is friends with my son and he says that his dad has the money and the potential to get Leeds back into the top flight!

Agree6 Disagree5

This is true, Chris Miller is my friends dad and he is very rich. He has started negotiations with Bates and he loves Leeds

Agree6 Disagree5

I've heard this is true and apparently he's got a guy called Pat Graham coming in as manager. Don't know if he's some relation to George Graham

Agree5 Disagree2

I am a parking attendant at Elland Road and have just seen a Blue Bentley with the registration 'M1LL3R' pull in to the car park and three guys get out - looks like this Chris Miller is in talks with Bates

Agree5 Disagree1

Ive just been told by someone I know that goes to Chris millers son's school that Tom ( millers son) has been avoiding any question s about the take pver. Bates out!

Agree3 Disagree0

Miller in, Bates out!

i think graysons stats are good - BUT he hasnt been around that long really - and this was a tricky period for him off the field and with this group of young men ....this set back for him will be a good lesson. His motivational ability with this set of players died about 6 months ago - the off field issues bled into the club and backroom / office gossip etc and then to cap it his poor handling - heavy handed attack on O briens illness - which goes against any 'Duty of Care' protocol for any employee - this was the final straw for Larry and the players relationship
And very bad for his own confidence when his management of people was obviosusly slipping - stressed and overly criticising players who were NOT playing for him any longer - nor with the motivation or loyalty that Redders is now re injecting into the squad - CONFIDENCE and motivational man management is what makes any employer happy and keen to graft and express themselves or the team - Its early days but well done Redders - this group of players support you and can do very well now belief and enjoyment is back - it gets tricky when the manager has to handle non football issues and negative vibes and group dynamics - and it was always downhill for Larry from the point when he started getting too dictatorial with the players - twitter etc and press statements whilst he was on the back foot due to personal life controversy ...well - good luck Simon Grayson at your next club and lets now fully back Neil Redfearns Leeds MOT
they also know that if warnock comes in after settling his QPR business Redders has to be No 2 - but he may yet make No 1 ?

Seen on Twitter thet Albert "Chapi" Ferrer has applied for the managers job, wonder if uncle Ken will give him a chance. Read an interview with him, he talks the talk for sure and would like to manage an English club as his first job. He said he would like to blend the "English" passion and agression with the Spanish "keep the ball" approach ..... sounds good to me :) MOT
