Questions for posters. Is it just me or are Bailey's hands inter-dimensional? Have they been corrupted to an Avengers' style time stone time warp? Or is it more they're simply made out of the weakest material known to man? How did he become a goalkeeper? Didn't his recruiter shake his hand after the job interview which ought to have given it away? Time for Jamal.

Bpf is not to blame today. We were lame all over the park. He made several great saves, but also a couple of blunders. Win as a team and lose as a team.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2018 23:28:04
He has definitely cost us a few goals this season. he's a young lad with time to learn, do think Blackman should be given his chance now. Beilsa is stubborn so doubt he will change keepers just yet.

Agree1 Disagree0

11 Nov 2018 01:14:10
His age was always going to mean lack of experience. He will learn and with a good trainer will grow. He has massive potential and I believe the confidence to move past the setbacks he has faced. Could end up a champion one day and if so I hope he achieves this with a Leeds badge on his shirt. The key question is how do we go about putting the sparkle in this gem and can we afford to pay the price as we do so. Also, how do we know Blacman Will fare any better. He hardly has a truck load of first team experience to fall back on either.

BPT is good. So too, I think, Will be Blackman when put to the test but I feel our patience will be sorely tested during the ride.

Agree0 Disagree0

11 Nov 2018 08:16:48
Can’t blame Bpf, the hole team need to take a good look at them self’s, we are still not goo enough to play in PL as these type of games will come every week, we still need investment, time is coming Rads to dig deep, he needs to buy PL players who can play at that level,

Agree1 Disagree0

11 Nov 2018 09:31:16
BPF is not the sole reason why we lost but he is a weak link. He is at an age where he can improve but needs to work on his positioning and his susceptibility to long shots. Blackman his bided his time, he should now be given an opportunity.

Agree1 Disagree0

11 Nov 2018 13:39:12
I think bf knows he is letting team down. Bielsa needs to give him time to regroup.

11 Nov 2018 16:11:59
I agree Notts. I’ll never slag a player, and still refuse to, but Bailey needs a break, and maybe a more senior keeper ahead of him, to mentor him. Time for Blackman, but another addition IMO, whether Jan, or Summer.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2018 21:49:23
They had us bang to rights. Let us drift forward, attack the ball in numbers, steal it and hit on the counter. They were too quick and strong for us to keep them out for 90 minutes. Skill and flair is great if you have the freedom to use it - we didn’t and couldn’t 🙄😢. Time to reflect and regroup. MOT.

This season was always going to be a bumpy ride but it's not yet over and I am sure has thrills yet to provide. We can still do this.

I trust, and hope, that Bielsa is the man to dissect the last debacle, work heavily on the training pitch and put right the obvious problem that were highlighted by a rampant WBA.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2018 21:25:28
Yes West Brom were the better team but it was for me simply one of those days.
Almost every ricochet fell straight to the feet of one of their players.
Not too down really as you get those days, so we will bounce back.
Keep the faith.

11 Nov 2018 01:23:44
Another game with 70+% possession but not only the reward to reflect this. We have some things on point but still some work to do on the train field. I would rather be in the position we are of leading the play but still to learn how to finish than still learning how to get the ball and control it. We are not there yet but are definitely still in the race. For the sake of my sanity alone I chose to hope and believe in Bielsa. MOT.

Seeing as we needed a goal desperately I was surprised that not only did we not play 2 upfront but did not fit Clark up there somewhere. Everytime he has been asked to perform he has scared the daylights out of defenders.

10 Nov 2018 20:41:15
Well that was good!
Just back from the game and nothing much to be happy about tonight.
Will firstly give credit to WBA, they are a big powerful team and they put us to the sword. We had loads of possession but got caught on the counter several times. The guy Harvey Barnes they have on loan from Leicester is brilliant very strong and fast. Made me realise today just how small and lightweight we are as a team.

Could not understand why Douglas as taken off, two quick goals arrived soon after. Alioski poor today, time to give Blackman a run out in goal too. This team found wanting today and needs strengthening. Only positive for me was the fantastic noise coming from our fans in the away end they were a credit to the club.

Caught a team who were always going to return to form.
When dallas is arguably your best player on the night. well that says it all.
Hats off to the better team tonight.
Douglas every right to be unhappy, when allioffski stays on yet again.
They had 3 forwards and we had
roofe and he's not good enough.
All about how we come back from this, with 2 tough home games coming up. cheers lads.

A few chickens come home to roost Wuthering that performance. Goalkeeper not great, bizzare for me taking Douglas off when Dallas was having a mare. I know people disagree but the powers that be must realise a couple of quality additions at least are required in January. We are still in a good position so let's not blow it like we have done in the pasr.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

10 Nov 2018 22:10:28
Pardon some miss hit keys, in my comments, I am home now, but these are players apart from Douglas who were here last year. The Manager is doing a great job with what was a pile of dross we had last season. But we have to have a couple of new faces at least to compliment the return of the injured players in January to push on. Radz, Orta and Kinnear take note.

Agree1 Disagree0

10 Nov 2018 19:29:55
Love him to bits but why, why, why not replace Alioski? Why take off Roofe when you are desperate for a goal. Certainly put on Saiz, okay but why not Roofe and Roberts?

Believable1 Unbelievable0

10 Nov 2018 20:02:21
Sorry. Typed in a red mist. I love Bielsa. Not Alioski and I meant play Roofe AND Roberts together. I will stop typing, for now, as I am still angry/ sad/ dissappointed/ frustrated.

Agree1 Disagree0

10 Nov 2018 19:28:50
Entirely predictable. Dallas is awful at right back but Bielsa persists in playing him there. At best he is an average winger. Cooper is shown up when up against decent forwards. Alioski is a decent wing back but no winger. West Brom with their players coming back are more than a match for us. They had Gayle coming off the bench and usually scores against us as I said we have Roberts who offers very little.

Roofe is Ok until he meets the sort of class West Brom possess and then nothing. As I have said squad is too thin. We lack quality players and we missed out on bringing decent ones in. Add the goal keeper into the mix and unless something happens to get better players on the pitch it will be ' Leeds are falling apart again'. We have three or four quality players the rest have been punching above their weight.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

10 Nov 2018 20:54:31
Hess agree with most of your post mate but got to say that I was at the match and Cooper played well today, he was pushed out on the left. First half him and pontus delt with with their attackers reasonably comfortably. It was the players charging through the midfield on the counter that did the damage.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2018 23:52:40
Cooper always does well for the most part but gets things wrong as well. He plays well but also makes mistakes that's his problem. His mistakes prove costly.

10 Nov 2018 18:20:38
Well, I'm glad that we are going in level at half time. We've seemed strangely out of sorts today, barring the odd passage of play. Mistimed runs, misplaced passes, and second to the ball too many times. Also noticed a bigger gap between the defence and midfield than normal, forcing a longer passing game. Might be planned, I dunno. Hoping Bielsa picks some magic outta the bucket at half time!

I think Bielsa will have done his homework on this one.
Not once have we looked like being overrun or battered and I expect the same today.
We may not win but we will look a better side than them.
They lack tactical awareness from their manager and as long as we don’t concede early again I think we will be comfortable.
I’m going 2.0 to us.
Hopefully Gayle and jay rod both play carp as I can’t stand either of them!

Gayle always seems to score against us. Our defence, particularly down the right hand side, can be a bit 'iffy' at times. They've got their big names back and they are a force going forward. Given our failure to create too many shots on target recently I can't see us scoring more than them today. Hope I'm wrong. Should be a good game whatever.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

10 Nov 2018 13:25:03
How many of the last 6 games against us has Gayle scored please?
I like him as a player but think he is not that good against us. Just wondering what his recent stats against us are?

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2018 15:06:39
scored twice the last time he played against for Newcastle 2016. He scored quite regularly this year until injured. West Brom's results dropped. Now he's back. He's too quick for Cooper to handle. He'll score or Cooper will concede a penalty. He's % feet nine. Cooper won't see him.

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2018 09:47:07
Think a scoring draw likely today, West Brom slump has to end sometime and nothing like playing Leeds to try your hardest this season!

Would play Shackleton over Dallas at full back however, I think Bubs system negates our defensive weaknesses with the exception of BPF.

Am a fan of this very young keeper and I think bub perseverance with him is down to his sweeper keeper skills in keeping the side playing out from the back.

However, I think his confidence has gone especially crosses and corners and that’s affecting the team. Blackman would be someone I’d like to be given a chance as I fear another “BPF should have done better there” coming.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

10 Nov 2018 11:35:36
Agree Class, I see this as a score draw and would take the point. We do need to start to kick as this league is there for the club that can strong some good results together and a win at WBA would be a statement of intent. I do feel though that any weekness in our back line today will get punished.
