hey all. as to the fact we havent signed any players yet. one can only assume we are in the market for only the best players the club can attract. not just signing random players for the sake of it. im slightly concerned that no deals have been concluded yet but am very happy with the manager we have, and trust we will be singing players very soon. The reason we havn't signed any players yet and wont do in the very near future is that bates wont pay wages. we will not sign anyone untill july to avoid paying junes wages. sad but true. and even then it will be freebies and loan players. i just cant contain myself.

Let's face it guys/girls? We are a massive club with small wage budget but did miracles last season, Can't see smith dropping 40k p/w too play for his boyhood team, just remember start of last transfer season first signing shocked everyone in a good way by signing Kasper S, how many people called that one? Just hope the first player in is gonna make as big of an impact as Kasper did :) if he does then I can see us top 8 again :) LLL

love coming on here and laughing at what everyone puts. For everyone that says they have just seen a player and had a chat about their future...yeah right. Also for the Grayson situation, no-one in their right mind will want him to leave, got us promoted in his first season, took us to 7th in the championship in his next, dropped down a league from blackpool to come to us, and oh yeah turning down the newcastle job next season, committed and stability, exactly what we need.
