I've got a plan I've got a plan! Let's borrow a couple of players from Cromer Town. If Peterborough can find a non-league goal-scoring wizard I don't see why we can't.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Do you play for Cromer Town?

Leeds are offering legal assistance to their chair (woman) the Countess of Harewood who is also - or was - on our board. Wouldn't it be amazing if they had an undiscovered goal scoring genius? Get a scout down there!

If Warnock won't even make substitutes to change games that need changing or won't play Ryan Hall whos own team mates say he's brilliant in training or indeed Habib what makes you think he is going to honestly go into the loan market?

The only reason why you will see new faces tomorrow is because of injury and why have they got injuries because NW insisted on not changing the side for 6 straight games so they are knackered therefore prone to injury

I live in australia in case you didn't know. WA, place called silver sands, the beach is exceptional and waves, bloody dangerous but fun! Nearly broke my back once! Great fun!
I admire deeply all the lads that turn up every week!
I admire those fans willing to go to games week in week out to watch the team.
Unfortunately, if I lived in england, I would expect more for my money, its my fault, i'm too fixkle, I've seen better and don't understand why we can't get better
Gfh, THINK, by reducing ticket prices, more will watch ( regardless of the qualuty ) thus making their books look better for investment.
They think they don't have to spend THEIR money to make us a better team so they can make a profit.
Just once, I would like nobody to turn up for a game, becaus the 15-25k fans deseve better.
Sheisters. Con men and gamblers. **** off
We have ambition, its about glory, winning and playing football. Not dollars. Gfh and warnock f off

Believable4 Unbelievable7

Gfh can't win, people ask for reduced ticket prices and they deliver, then people get on their back for reducing ticket prices!

Agree9 Disagree1

No mate he's not on their backs for reducing ticket prices he's on their backs for not giving us something worth watching, just because it's cheaper doesn't mean its any better.
not going to change in the near future either is it?

i don't understand the quote from warnock saying he's looking at loan market. why?
you missed the boat neil. we needed loan quality signings weeks ago.
whats the point now?
youve messed it up already.
why not blood dawson, he looks a great prospect like byram did at start of season. he's turned up trumps so why not give him a go. shrew leeds

Believable6 Unbelievable1

Warnock will say the first stupid thing that comes into his head once you put a microphone in front of him. He hasn't had a clue all season and he still doesn't have. He'd say Mass if he had a white collar!. Good riddance to him and the sooner the better the Bates / GFH 'Partnership' F. s off with him the better.

Original poster Re McCormack. Yes I was saying he was not up to scratch this last season. McCormack is a feast or famine striker. When he arrived at Leeds it took him an age to score. Then he went on a spree. Then stopped. Another spree and stopped again and so on. Fans talked about him not being able to partner Becchio and/or He was/is playing out of position etc etc. It is just not that he isn't scoring its his blatant 'misses' that affect games and how this adds to the teams inconsistency and confidence. Don't actively dislike the lad I just don't think he is what we need. We have a number of players doing a decent job around the pitch - Varney and McCormack included, but none of these strikers are consistent scorers. Too early to tell with Morison.

Believable5 Unbelievable4

Agreed, unfortunately that's probably the best we can do. anyone who scores the amount of goals he can and consistently won't be playing for us or in this league that's just the way it is

i have yet to judge the new owners as I don't think a good opportunity has risen with injecting the funds needed for promotion, I see no point in giving funds to a manager who has half retired, i'm hopeful that in the summer they recruit a manager who will become a fan favourite and who will be backed. my personal choice would be Adkins as his teams adopt a good style but also a winning style of football. for once I am looking forward to the summer transfer window!

ps also its great what new owners have done with the tickets! no more bates! the sun is coming back out at ER!#

herd from a good souce (championship league table) that:

The table is not decided and no one is up or down. fact

Leeds united are within 5 points of 6th. fact

Leeds united can still get promoted. fact

we could be within 2 points of 6th after the next game. fact (before you say, yes could also be 8)

we are able to compete with any team in this league. fact

Contrary to popular belief the season is not over and there is still plenty games to play. fact

If you can't see truth in any of these statements you shouldn't be watching football your only going to be disappointed at some point.

keep the faith folks were in with as good a chance as anyone els around us, the negativity is boring now if u can't handle the fact that this is a competitive league and sometimes we just can't win every game, you know where you need to go along with the rest of glory hunters. sorry I had to include the facts :p I've been feeling left out with all the facts I read on here :)

peace

Believable21 Unbelievable8

"The table is not decided and no one is up or down. fact"

Leeds could also gain 79 points and win automatic promotion - FACT!

Hardly likely to happen though?

Just goes to show 'facts' don't actually mean anything.

It's ACTIONS that win or lose games and promotions.

. and unfortunately our ACTIONS speak for themselves this season!

While it is still mathmatically possible to go up I am optimistic, but there's a difference in being an optimist and a dreamer, mate!

Agree14 Disagree2

"you know where you need to go along with the rest of glory hunters"

I think any of those would have gone years ago, mate, we are all die hard Leeds supporters, but that doesn't mean we are not allowed to accept what is looking like the inevitable fact that unless the team wins practically every game from now on in, then we aren't going to get promotion.

Having to rely on other teams losing is hardly the sign of a team worth of premier league status?

Agree7 Disagree1

Well said OP, spot on, and to the second reply, EVERY team relies on others losing games at some point in the season
