An aweful lot of our fans slating the fact were linked with experienced players. You can't build a promotion winning side on youth alone it just won't happen, need some experience to keep them grounded, if BMC feels he needs better experience than what he already has, let him get tbem in without slating him for christ sakes. The youth will come. MOT

As hansen famously said! you win nothing with kids! Byram has been awesome this season but he has been found out a few times and cost us goals. but he is a talent and the best way for talent like that to improve is to play. and play against the best and with the best! got a batch at once with giggs, scholes beckham and neville etc. west ham had a batch with ferdinand, lampard, cole, liverpool got gerrard, owen, we got woodgate (who's talent was wasted from court) lennon, milner (who I think is one of the best mid in the prem) but I struggle with others who have left our ranks and set the world on fire! I'm sure there are more. maybe smith would have done more at until that horrid injury. we can all disagree but MOT!

Fans believe (and rightly so imo) that we have the experience already, you need a blend of everything, what some people are talking about is a squad of different players the resembles what NW created this season.

Take Ian Harte, what does he add to what we have already? IMO nothing Warnock is a far superior LB.

leeds should take the likes of killock turner twins, cairns, grimes parkin walters on pre season tour and give them first team action. The more fixtures we get pre season the better because instead of always playing the 1st team play these boys in fixtures say against likes of bristol rovers they get experience.

leeds have proved so far that bringing in young, hungry coaches who know the club inside out, and have affinity with the club bring the best out. Naylor and more short term bromby are good examples. I reckon andy hughes could well retire soon. he would be great addition to set up and if he and bromby can get youth together free rich up to get some first team coaching exp

Andy Hughes is currently taking his coaching badges, along with a certain Mr Viduka (as seen on Tw*tter) So could happen. BMD seems to understand how a club needs to be run from the ground up and is putting together what looks like a very solid 'back room'. I can't remember the last time I felt this optimistic about the future of LUFC! MOT

Brian knows we're lacking pace and creativity, two players that have just been relegated to league one (could be reasonably cheap) with Bristol city could be really good for us:

Striker: Sam Baldock
Right wing: Adomah

If the rumours are true that we are trying to bring in Matt mills from Bolton, this could be a great addition, were he to replicate his form under McDermott last time around.

Centre back: Matt mills

A real long shot because a lot of teams will be after him as wolves have been relegated, but we are in real need of a good left midfielder. Might take a bit of cash but it would certainly prove that gfh are heading the right way.

Left midfield: Bakary Sako

That would be a top start in bringing players in in my opinion.

Baldock
Adomah
Sako
Mills

Would bring in the right mixture of pace and creativity going forward plus an extra centre back in mills to strengthen the back four.

I still think we would need a central midfield player who can spray the ball about and get in good areas but I can't quite put my finger on who we could get in that position? Any ideas?

Nick Powell would be a good shout if Moyes will loan him out

or

Will Hughes from Derby. He's looks good at this level and plenty of room for improvement been only 18 - would have to fight off the prem teams though.

Graham Dorrans would do the trick

Will Hughes will go for at least £8m, never going to happen.
