As previously stated at start of season would have happily settled for where we are now. The squad was better than we thought and was well placed. It was clear though where improvement could be made to secure an automatic promotion place. Unfortunately what Grayson has done is brought in players that we did not need ( panic loaning)and dismantled the team to a point where getting another win looks doubtful. The original team would have made play offs but probably would not has got promotion. The players (not now a team) Grayson has put together recently won't make the play offs unless all the others contenders pack up and lose all of their games.
Manager must take responsibilty even if under instruction from Ken.

The reality of it is that Larry cannot butter the spinach - he's simply not good enough, it doesn't take all season to find players of the quality needed to get this club back into the Premier League, he repeats himself at the end of each game giving the same old excuses - how, when a team concedes so many goals every game can you not address the situation, its utter madness. Why doesn't Larry just accept the situation and call it a day?

"Would rather play Championship football than be in the Premier League", what sort of statement is that - idiot, you can tell you are not a supporter ! !

Leeds has always prided itself on one thing above all, its fans & the support they give to the team. Yet you always get some t***ers who call for the managers head even though we've over acheived this season already, as long as we don't go down I don't care where we finish, & I would rather play championship football for all eternity than join the circus that is becoming the Premier League!

Reality check guys! We had a tough few seasons in league one saddled with debts and far too many loanees and journeymen. Championship was always going to be a test of our resources. I agree that Graysons team selections and Bates transfer policy have hampered things this term but I don't think it's time to press the panic button.

We had a good start to the season and that raised expectations, as long as we are playoffs or near top six I consider that a good season. Get Smith back and Kisnorbo fit, buy a competent defence and we'll see a completely different, more polished team next season.
Feel free to disagree but as disgraceful as the Watford game was I have honestly seen worse and it WILL get better. Even when we draw it's seen as a loss, such is the expectation and we need to get behind the lads.

Leeds have shipped 68 league goals this season compared to QPR's 27, why should we trust a manager who has done absolutely nothing to deal with the situation and who has no idea how to deal with it? The time has come to get a new man in who can deal with the defensive issues which have plagued the team and in my view will stop Leeds getting into the Premier league this season.

Simon grayson has helped this club massively . In recent years look at the managers we have had ,
Gary mcallister, dennis wise etc fine, both did well for a while but then look where we ended up .
Grayson got us automatically promoted, and i do agree that maybe he has been to naive with how he plans this season but we are where we are now because of him.
In grayson we trust right ?

Leeds will not make the play-off's and that's a fact. The teams they have left to play we will not get enough points to stay in the top 6. New season new manager with new ideas. Gus Poyet is the man for the job - bye bye Mr "no idea" Grayson, im sure Blackpool will have you back. {Ed003's Note -I dont think they would}

Grayson needs to go back to basics and put some faith in the players that did so well earlier in the season.

We are crying out for a holding midfielder, Alex Bruce in my opinion could fill that role and offer some much needed protection to our back four. (I am not saying Bruce is a long term answer but we must do something now with the resources we have).

My team to face Reading:

GK. Schmeichel

RB. Connolly
CB. Bromby
CB. O'Brien
LB. McCartney

RM. Snodgrass
CM. Bruce
CM. Howson
LM. Gradel

ST. Somma
ST. Becchio

I understand this would mean a change of formation, but if we are honest could we do much worse than our last three performances.
