May be easier to start games with 10 men so we can get used
To a formation that suits.

I must admit I was a little bit worried after the blip that was the Peterborough game, but at least normal service has been resumed, no goals scored and a player sent off, the Warnock era Leeds, you gotta love it

Once the following players have gone and Warnock gets his targets in we will ahve a chance of going up next season..
Outs - Vayrtnen & Parker (gone). Sam, Forsell,
O'Brien, Bruce, Brown, Connelly, Rachubka &
Payntor.
In's - Kenny, Hill, Mills, O'Dea,
2 x Midfielders & 1 Striker.

If that the best we can do dont think we will be going up

Not sure about Sam leaving, 5 goals in 6 games for Notts, maybe worth keeping?
Agree3

I cant see him getting rid of brown
Agree2

Sam's 5 goals have been in League 1 against League 1 opponents
Agree4

Beckfords goals were in league one against league one opponents, whats your point
Agree3
Disagree2
My point is that He's been given an opportunity to see what he can do and he's taken it, so maybe deserves a chance to see what he can do with a proper run in the team!
Agree2

Beckford hasn't been prolific this season. He's got 8 goals in the league in 30 games.
Agree3
Disagree2
How many of our players have 14 in all comps? Beckford has, but would cost far too much for us
Agree1

Clayton went out on loan to Peterborough and look what difference it made to his game. Sam could be the same. I'd like to see him back.
Agree4

Sorry but odea needs to go back to celtic reserves.not his sending off last night just his overall football skills.hes a hoofer not a player...shrew leeds
Agree4

Beckford's scored goals in the Premiership. To compare him to Sam is a joke. Sam won't be here next season.
Agree2

Mr warnock has his entourage wherever he goes, so Kenny, Hill, and Ferdinand are possible signings, Brown, Bromby, and Webber will be going nowhere. Billy 'three goals' will stay, no strikers will be signed, McCormack, Becchio, 'three goals', and Somma are plenty enough. He rates O'Dea and Sam, so they will be kept.
If Snodgrass and White still have the wit they were born with they will stay.
Thompson is a good defender, just inexperienced, I see a lot of Gary Kelly in him, ditto Taylor.
Lees is not the player a lot of people think he is, too slow for a full back, and too small for a centre back, comments of any kind most welcome

Any images of new kit,anywhere?

...I'm reckoning on the home one being white.

White, very poor quality and expensive - once the on field nonsense is sorted, need to get back to a quality kit manufacturer and designs (get rid of the black and lumo yellow disaster)
Agree6

I agree with last poster - Maybe we should have replicas of the 1989-90 season shirts made for the retro range and we can wear them for our title winning season next year.
Wouldn't mind seeing the old Puma and Packard Bell shirts with the pumas down the arms in that range as well - That design really made you stand out from the other supporters.
Also would like to think we'd go back to Puma or Nike after macron deal - no offense to macron but the only good shirt they made for us (so we didnt look like a pub team) was the Blue and black stripe away kit of 08/09 - other than that they make Admiral look great
Agree6

Really could not care less who makes the kit!

We need to go back to the plain white with the LUFC logo as worn in the '72 cup final - no need for yellow and blue bits

just a guess, no evidence just a hunch, clingan out of contract in the summer, coventry likely to be relegated, it was clear grayson wanted him, wonder if warnock will snap him up
Believable3

We all know NW doesn't rate Graysons choice in players that's why he's already getting rid!

And here he is again the poster who is fixated with clingan, ffs we want quality not water carriers, ive said before i live i n ireland and there fans say his rubbish.hes off to league 1 were he belongs.

I'm glad Paynters having a run out, hope NW can give him playing time from now till end of the season and he bags a few more. Let him have his shop window and get a move that benefits him and our club, he wasn't what Leeds needed but give the lad his dues hes still fighting, and our club was built on fighters. I do hope he goes in the summer, but let give him a chance to attract interest from other clubs, what have we got to lose.
Believable9
Unbelievable1
Not seen Paynter but reports suggest he's a better forward than Becchio, winning balls and using them effectively. If he shows he can score goals at the same rate as Becchio think he'd be the better option. Don't want to see Becchio go, but it's about LUFC not the individual players.
Agree7
Disagree3
Paynter's not a patch on Becchio, don't know where you're reading your reports!
