Well who knows how Uwe will turn out. But I do feel more confident that everyone will be given a fair chance this season, unlike last when several weren't. I won't bother listing them as we all know who they were and (sadly imo) one of them has already gone to Nantes. I hope we don't live to regret that one. But I suspect we will

Don't think so speedyg. He has ability but not suited to British game. He'll do fairly well abroad but that doesn't mean it should've worked out in Leeds. Anyways, who cares? We are in my humble opinion one good player away from having a top 6 side and two good players away from a side that would threaten top 2 of this division. Give me Lambert and Buckley.

Would take Buckley in a heart beat, forget two players on 20k a week now doesn't look like any chance of it. Would be a great asset and seem as though drury looks like he's not coming we need at least one wide player. Il keep to using wide players instead of the other forbidden w word!

If Christian Benteke moves to Anfield, surely it is worth bidding for Lambert. They'll have like 7 strikers. They'll want to offload probably Lambert and Balotelli.

I reckon Ricky Lambert may move to Villa as part of the deal (it would suit all parties). Plus his wages would rule LUFC out.
