So we beat Brighton, drew with leicester AWAY(top of league)
Drew with persons down the road(disappointing)beat Ipswich (1st for 12 years AWAY) lost at home to the best squad in championship( should have had a point) beat Bolton AWAY, is that a bad start, I THINK NOT!

Good article on tv sport website with McD wanting to bring the 'scary leeds rituals' of the Revie era.
Make ER a fortress and hopefull bring back the premier league.
Loving McD more and more each week, going to be a legend.
In McD & GFH I trust.

Saw the article myself and I can honestly say i'm massively in favour of this, some people will say we should leave the past where it is but I remember as a kid the wave was bigger than the celtic huddle or the NZ haka.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah bring back the wave- I'm not old enough to remember it myself but I know all about the tradition etc/ seen the pics. Nothing wrong with making Leeds stand out from the crowd, reignite old traditions and be proud of our heritage. It's that heritage and tradition which we should invoke to both remind us of the past and inspire us for the future. Another good McD shout.

I hope the lack of activity in the loan market is due to waiting until 1st October to allow us utilisation of the player(s) for 93 days which would cover the heavy fixture lists in December. My fear is that the same restrictions about having to move players on before players can be brought in still applies (and why wouldn't it if that was the reason for not adding further to our squad in the transfer window). BMcD is talking more about working with what he has got, which as a shrewd manager he can only deal with the here and now. It is however frustrating that a number of players (Norris, Pugh, White, Brown) are content to earn decent wages knowing full well that they are well down in the pecking order

i think we will bring in 1 player in the loan window, I think we probably need 2 wingers and a striker but not going to happen unless the unwanted players leave.

Agree0 Disagree0

Norris, Pugh, Brown ect will obviously stay for the money, they not going to say no are they?. Other clubs need to want them before they can move . As for being content, I don't think in the main any player is content to just pick up his wages when he could be playing . Not thier fault BMD dosn't want them, but looks like no one else does either .

Agree0 Disagree0

I accept your point regarding the older players but what about White (I note you did not include him in your list). Surely he would think it would be better for his career to be playing regularly, it would seem he has little chance of making the starting eleven at Leeds as he can't make the matchday squad

Agree0 Disagree0

Personally I think White is a rubbish winger but potential as a full back he has had a chat with McDermott and told him he is a LB preferrably and wants to stay and fight for his place.

Fair play to him atleast he wants to be here and has stayed with us a long time even when clubs were after him and probably would have offered him more money.

caant someone tell me when we will go back to playing in all white for home and all yellow for away games?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Yes, not this season

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree that the all-white home kit is iconic and should be 'protected'. As for the away kit, I'm not so bothered about the all-yellow thing. The away kit (and 3rd kit) provides opportunity for the kit suppliers to be imaginative and creative and to produce something new and original each season that fans will like.

The team is more organised and more motivated. We look a difficult side to beat and all of our games are going to be tight. We've done we'll without Sam Bryan, and he won't be the difference if us going up or not. So take a few million, Brian will invest wisely and we'll be right up there!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Have u not had enough off selling your best players yet? Why not try keeping hem for a change and get 2 fast wingers in and we will be right up there anyway . Then if we went up we still have are best player. Mot .

Agree0 Disagree0

We are right up there at the moment and doing fine. Byram coming back will be a bonus and only make us, so what's the point of selling him.

I just don't get some fans, sell Byram, sell McCormack (guys who love the club) and bring in sone players looking for a payday who will start of well and then fade away.

BMD has everyone playing and the buzz around the club is something we haven't had in yeras, let him do it his way and see where it gets us, as at the moment we are 6th and holding our own.

Agree with the 2nd poster, we need to keep our best players and build with them.

Agree0 Disagree0

We are one quality player short of a top side for this division. he hasn't played yet. think about it.
