Ross McCormack, anyone know if we have a sell on clause re Ross McCormack. Rumour here in Derby is they have put in six million offer for him, Fulham keen to get rid because of clause in his contract re promotion to prem league.

If there is a sell-on clause it will be based on any profit Fulham make which will be nowt. So no windfall I'm afraid.
Fulham won't sell him anyway.

Redfearn will ring the changes for tomorrow's game with Berardi replacing Warnock (if he is injured), Tonge will replace Cook, Austin will replace Adryan and possibly Sharp to replace Doukara. If he goes with a 4-5-1 formation expect to see a midfield 5 of Mowatt, Tonge, Cook, Austin, Bianchi with Antenucci playing the lone striker.

I agree we need to drop douk. Bring in austin or tough midfielder. But keep adryan to help ant. Then replace after 65min with sharp ( long shot. I know but as an impact player better option than douk ).
Think we could sneak 0-0 or 1-1!

Eddie suggested us playing 352 with Warnock at CB to allow Bellusci to play as a wingback.
Id go 352, with Byram right wingback, Berardi or Bellusci on the left and a middle 3 of Bianchi,Austin and Mowatt/Sloth

Sloth austin mowatt adyan and byram

Bellusci as a wing back? Not sure about that. I think he lacks the mobility to play in that role. Anyway I think he is out for the forest game therefore Redfearn will play back four of Berardi, Pearce, Cooper and Byram

Er yes we have to adapt to play away from home but 352? when have we ever played that? I don't think playing a formation that the team doesn't know will work, never ever does.
Has to be 4 at the back, no argument as they all know how to do that. Now midfield when away I would be tempted to start as a 5 so we protect the back 4, stay in the game (well that is the plan), just play Ant up front to start then you can always bring on Sharp or whoever in the last third/quarter of game.
If a midfield 5 then away from home need some power/experience for balance in my opinion so whoever Redders thinks is best 1 or 2 from Tonge/sloth/austin with 3 "normal" others (cook to be rested for me).
If we got a draw I would be happy

Just need a midfielder who can work box to box, can sit in front of the back 4 defending and assist the front 2 upfront, is Frank Lampard available.

Predictions lads?
Going for a 2-2 with one team having a man sent it off, I do think we could edge it. Antenucci and Sharp with the goals

It may be near the time when we learn to shut up shop with a change from an attacking diamond for away games. There are number of options but given the squad ; a 4-1-3-1-1 would help. With a DM fronting the back 4 and a lone striker with either a striker or attacking midfielder in the hole. This would then allow us to support the lone striker when we have possesion but when we lose it he can drop to bolster midfield.
At the back I would see a defence minded midfielder or a ball playing centreback to sit in front of the back 4. The midfielder option would help setting up attacks but the Defender/Sweeper
Would help a lot more when we are not in possesion and at set pieces.
Of course I am not regularly on the training pitch but I believe we have the resources to fill each position.
