Are you definitely sure about the ticket situation as I thought the east stand tickets were available? I might be wrong, I usually am! Five superb penalties taken tonight and one fantastic save from our keeper. Would like to add that we really struggled to get a hold of the game then TC brought on a player that got slaughtered by some of us including me because of they way he played early season, firstly what a decision by TC, that plan B we didn't have last season, then Sacko himself, what a great young lad, he could of sulked but he came on and we waked up, I was totally wrong about him and tonight could be a defining moment in our season. Great squad, and it's goodnight to Mr Wood and Mr Taylor! MOT

There are a few left in the East stand and east stand upper but more likely to get singles. Where were all these 'fans' when we were struggling eh? I didn't notice them. Nice to see the fair weather supporters are flooding back.

Alf I agree with you mate they were nowhere to be seen but look at it the way I do it makes the atmosphere better for us supporters who was there when times were hard, it makes it better for our players to play in front of the large crowds and it's more intimidating for the away team, stick with the plus sides mate, all positive for us at the minute may it long continue. It's like a re run of Saturdays defeat at Millwall, we are standing off them and they are just coming at us attack after attack, it really is like Saturday! What's going on? We look nothing like we did the first 8 games, we seem to have lost the fluency of our play, no interchange or counter attacking football. We had 30 plus shots against Burton and one last weekend and at the moment one here! I'm puzzled! MOT

I posted ages ago after our first game that Sacko was very unlikely to play again this season because for whatever reason he played terrible, and again he's not been selected! It's a good team tonight with our unsung hero Ayling playing, he was a great signing and he keeps going, great player for Leeds as is Beradi and it's great to see him back. MOT

I agree, made a great contribution last year, sold him for a fair price, gone to the premiership and made a reasonable start. Good luck to him and onwards with the new team. A bit different with Taylor because of the way it was handled and he has not made the last two match day squads never mind the team! Hope he doesn't do his first team chances any good tonight! Not sure we will see Wood except for the bench or late cameo.

Re: Chris Woods Does anyone know the break down of the fee please? Are Burnley paying over 2 or 5 years? What percentage did Leeds receive? What percentage of the reported 15 million includes add-ons and clauses. (anyone answering claiming that the 15 million was paid in one lump sum gets a free kick in the goolies) Thanks

For me, tonight is just part of the preparation for the rest of the season. A chance to give some players a break, try others, use some different ideas, all en route to getting back to winning ways on Saturday. I'm not bothered if we lose tonight, more bothered about making sure it helps not hinders our chances for Saturday. Hope some of the squad players use the opportunity to impress. Let's have a good performance, more learning and onto Saturday!

I think that's the papers cherry picking quotes again. There's another article in which he is quoted as saying the fans were fantastic last season and it will be nice to see them again, adding we'll definitely be bringing 5,000 because 'that's what we do'. I don't mind the bloke.

Looking forward to the game tonight. Whoever plays then as long as they play their socks off and we give a good account of ourselves then I'll be happy. Really hoping we punish them but to be honest I would rather concentrate on the League. A good cup run is ok for a couple of quid but there are too many more important games in my book. The only reason I would want to win is to beat Taylor and Wood and see their faces after the game🙄Not really the right attitude 😂MOT.

How about this team for tonight:- Lonergan in goal then Borthwick-Jackson, Pennington, Shaunghnessy, Beradi, Vierra, Klich, Dallas, Cibicki, Roofe with Grot up front. Tonight gives TC a chance to run the rule over a few untried players and it gives the previously injured a run out, I'm not saying in any way that the game doesn't matter because it does but the league is priority and the team I've picked is just as capable of beating the Dingles! It also gives the other players time to reflect and recharge their batteries. MOT

Its losing to millwall that's disappointing and the manner we lost. Hammered really If it had been wolves away or something like that then fair dos. Best team won on the day. But we didn't try against millwall. And they are lower league dross. Being top means nothing at this point. i'm sure just a blip but we are still within our rights to moan.
