McDermott has said that a deal has been made with cameron stewart and he will be signed in the summer thoughts good or bad?

Not exactly a shattering signing! But aren't we obliged to sign him now?

Is that 2 players - Cameron Diaz and Rod Stewart - anyway either or both would be a better signing than Kebe

He hasn't shown enough bu thought he had signed till 2017 anyway?

I personally think he's worse than Kebe, but apparently my mate who works up at TA says he runs rings round the other players (mind you, that wouldn't be hard!)

I actually think he could become a good player. I watched him closely against Donny and he seemed a bit overawed and scared to have a go at defenders, but if the training ground rumours are right he needs a coach who can instil the confidence to allow him to transfer that onto the match day pitch.

Surely the Legend that is Eddie Gray is the man that Stewart should seek advice from.

He would be a good player if the style of play was better. It is very hard for a winger, striker and centre mid to prosper when hoof ball is in place. Tat is why I am so impressed with mccormack this season

I watched Stewart in a training session 5 weeks ago and he looked amazing, not making excuses for him but maybe it's a confidence thing on the pitch?

I think Stewart has got quality but needs a good pre season to build confidence. MOT

Jimmy Kebe's loan spell with Leeds United has ended and he is now back with parent club Crystal Palace.

Finally Kebe being sent back. By the sounds of it he was just hanging on to him to play the last game of the season, which has meant nothing for about 3 week now. Appalling decision should of gone as soon as he was "injured"

Just depends what the loan term agreement was, if we sent him back injured we might have to pay his wages until loan ends or he recovers I'm afraid ;(

Really? Why would you agree to something like that? Madness.

Well if you owned your own company would you pay one of your employees and send them back to work for one of your competitors FREE of charge?

Sorry il rephrase; why would you take somebody on on the basis that If they become completely useless you have to keep them on an pay then even if there not your employee seems a stupid thing to agree to.

Hi all. Does anyone know if there is a minutes silence planned for Anne McGuire?
I was one of many taught by her, ( one or two years ago now) and I think it would be fitting for us to reflect before the game. A true servant to the people of Leeds, shame there are not more like her, she will be missed.
I think some people in the football world could learn from the likes of Anne, honesty, integrity, professionalism and commitment to a cause. Rare qualities these days.

Good call and good post. It would be a fitting tribute and maybe offer a crumb of comfort to her family who are obviously devastated. It makes you worry for your own children if this is the sort of society kids are growing up in these days. RIP

It would be a fitting tribute to a woman who I did not know but from what I'm told was an INCREDIBLE person who gave most of her life to teach/help others.

What a sad and cowardly world we are building, guns, knives etc. When I was young it was fists and a scuffle, afterwards a game of football And by the end of the day all friends again ;)

This would certainly show the good and human side of our club and of the football fraternity.
