Great point tonight against a team who will be up there end of season. Not many will score two at their ground and we just kept plugging away which was great to see. No heads went down and we looked like a team with proper spirit. Bielsa had a match tonight tactically with the Swansea boss who knows exactly what his opposition brings. Maybe lucky to get a draw but that's what good teams manage to do. MOT lads.

100% agree cork. Was going to say pretty much the same. Kept plugging away and got our rewards with the draw. Last season after going a goal down. The going behind again it may well have ended up 3/ 4. So credit too the team. Beisla showed his awareness with Phillips alright. Got booked, gave away the ball they broke and scored. He got hooked. Be interesting too see if baker starts against Norwich. Not sure on Harrison at the minute. Still
Prob finding his feet. And will need too quicker . we’ll done too young shakleton. Last minute call into team. Set up first goal done a good enough job. Tho might have done better for their 2nd. Overall. Happy chap. MOT. ⚽️⚽️👍🙂.

i know it made my night. i love leeds and hate to see any player play bad. but then like MB i know football. i think if you look back i said I will say i told you so. after 30 mins against a decent side he is took off. i did say. and before anyone jumps on me. let's see kp play well against big team then say i told you so. any top team KP will fail. that is what he is average and average don't get prem. until I see otherwise sadly i will think i was right all along

that said I hope KP proves me wrong but seen enough of him to know he wont. sadly. on a plus baker and forshaw will see him out of the side. mb is no mug and like me knows what he saw.

And to say it made your night is beyond taking the piss.

the early sub made my night not Phillips.
27 minute sub showed we have a brave manager who will make hard call and win us the point.

Most managers would wait until he saw red or the 60 minutes by when we have already lost. MB done it early and brave and won us the point

that made my night. saying stick to millwall says a lot about your attitue to be honest and has proper offended me. players on here always get stick, i remmeber being one of the few to stick up for wood, but phillips is golden for some reason.

and yes elland someone can have a poor half my trouble is he will never have a good half agaisnt a good team.

that is the kind of game we look back on . anyone can play a poor debry and win but away from home against a decent team and get a point. well played

swans were better but for years I have seen leeds outplay a team and lose or draw then i have seen that team go up

beradi falls into same cat as aling tonight, love align but he is not a CB and was poor tonight. you can not coach height we need a cb

said what i have about KP and leave that be

drop KP get a cb or two (depending on injuries) and we will go up. we finally have a team that can play, that can outclass poor teams, that can win yorkshire derbys and can get results against the odds. very pleased and over the moon.

after stoke, i wanst sure, against derby i wasnt sure, after roheterham i had hope. after tonight I genuinely believe. MOT.

i know cork and know I go on but in KP i just see a player who ain't good enough and will cost us promotion CM is such a important role and he is just not good enough. I say to all watch back all season . red cards givin ball away making defensive mistakes. he could of single handly cost us the stoke game ok he didn't but tonight he showed his class. and I bet when we look back over season every time he playes against a play off team he will do badly. that will cost us. i don't mind not going up, i just mind one or two players letting the whole team down and I think he is that much of a liabiltiy he will cost us if played against any top 6 team like swans might be. and his mrs is a sort.

Thought a couple of players not trying hard enough to stop the first goal.
Think we should give Blackman a run. The extra height is def going to help. Not saying bpf should of saved the 2nd goal but It didn’t look like it should of crept over him from there. Maybe I’m being extra harsh? (and I can’t stand McBurnie the mouthy oik)
But overall we dug in through adversity and an away point was in retrospect an excellent point.

Don't think any keeper would have saved the second goal. For me we didn't tackle hard enough to break down their play.

Gave the ball away a lot, mid controlled it several times and the Swansea midfield had too much pace for him, already had yellow card, he also gave ball away when they broke to score I think.

it was due to MB taking 27 minutes to realise what i have been slated for saying KP is not good enough at the top end of this league. he was slow, lacked quality, pace and looks like a sending off waiting to happen. don't think he made one successful pass gave away foul after foul and was at fualt for their goal. KP great against lesser teams. useless against the better ones. a team with KP in it don't go up.27 minutes in MB realised this. shame I ain't a coach at leeds could of saved him 27 miuntes.

Bielsa will make him better. You’re going to have to accept we’re not buying the finished articles. That’s why we’re now paying the big money out for a top level experienced coach rather than taking a punt on a “ promising young ‘un”

Players will have good days and bad

Never get too high with the highs and too low with the lows

Outplayed tonight but unlike last year had the stomach/ backbone to get a point

Poor recruitment, Douglas, Bamford, Harrison, Baker? Bielda doesn’t think we need more defenders. Perhaps Pontus and Cooper are helping to change his Mind!

He could have gone with Shaunessy tonight and took a braver decision to play Shackleton and move people around. That effected the start, but great experience for the lad and what an assist.

Nope, all premier teams know Man City's tactics etc, but they execute it so well l, they still blow teams away. We need to keep it going and execute to perfection and it won't matter whether they know our game plan.

no MB team differnt to TC team. MB team can play, can grind out results, fights. TC flatered to decieve against the lower team crumbled against the bigger boys and in scraps. from what I have seen I think we have it all, just need numbers in CB playing to RB at CB is never the answer at any level, but fair play we did that away aginst a in form big boy and still got a result. all reasons to be happy.

watching our season highlights in warm up to tonight game. tell you what I love most about this team. the directness.

Yes we play ticki tacka football but many don't understand the best part about this football is being direct. like city whos keeper got an assist the way to do it is play short and direct and mix it up. Our goal against rotheram is perfect for this, lots of nice little passes then one long ball bang roofe score. Wenger and Arsenal try and walk in to the net, great when it works but often dont

us like city and liverpool (not saying we are as good) have the balance right IMO.

Another fascinating game to watch. They were lucky against Birmingham, they had 69% of the possession but no shots on target. If it becomes a battle of ball playing we should have more attacking threat.

Would make sense to rest Hernandez, but it is Swansea and lots of speculation that Alioski will be rested. Either way, chance for Harrison .

Hard to see Swansea scoring a lot of goals, so I’m going to be bold and predict a clean sheet for us!
