Our players out on loan are having a shocker. Botaka on the bench for charlton. Erwin on the bench for Oldham who are crap. Purver on the bench for bottom of the table guiseley. And mulhern not even in southports match day squad. Not great.

Mowett not even in the 18 man squad for last couple of games and rightly so. Surely we're not still thinking about offering him a new contract. If we do its to show loyalty to home grown talent blah blah. To be seen to be doing the right thing. If it's on performance we shouldn't even be paying him. Never mind a new contract. If we keep him, that's definitely a step backwards.

The way he reacted when subbed against Norwich in the cup I aren't surprised, monk has made an example of him, not about you (any player) it's about the team.

Unfortunately Mowatt will probably be moved on and prove to be a decent player elsewhere.

Disappointing result against Newcastle on sunday I thought we played quite poorly but it shows that we are a decent side when we don't play well and only lose 2 0 to a quality Newscastle and one of the goals was a gift from Green. IMO what the most disappointing thing was there was result there for Leeds they looked poor of set pieces and with a quality ball player from them we could of scored of them. We missed Hernandez in that game IMO and I know it is not the Monk style of play but if we would long balled it up to Wood and I think he would have won everything against their quite small defence we could of caused more problems but now we have to move on and beat the Tin Pot Miller's who we should and have to beat! MOT!

Agree with the long ball, surely it wouldn't go amiss to occasionally launch one?

Bit harsh. Not great performance but dug in and with a good delivery and prolific striker. If if if
However. Definitely not disappointing performance.

Guys there's a great read on another well known site that has lots of Leeds rumours and it's written by Simon Austin. It is the Neil Redfern story and it's called "Neil Redfearn: What Leeds United means to me" It's a great read and for all those Cellinio fans or people that think he's not too bad now we are doing OK this may well make you think again. Neil Redrern epitomises Leeds UTD, he is Leeds through and through ( and no I am not a relative) . Please read, it's a good read. God bless Neil and in Gary we have faith. Your thoughts after the read lads and lasses! Dougie2310.

Always bitter employees when a takeover happens I'd swap redfearne any day for a football club that's performing rather than the dead duck Leeds United has been for the last decade or more.

Yeah. Forget Redfern. He maybe Leeds thru and thru but couldn't manage his beloved team. Good with youth but. and I only have one message for him
Man up!

It is interesting dougie but not really much there that we didn't already know or suspect. Understandably he is bitter, but a bigger man would have kept quiet and moved on. And despite our jokes, why did he feel it necessary to make the comment about Paddy Kenny. We all know he was treated badly but enough now.

Martyn all these disgruntled ex employees that some people are upset were underperforming in a club that was underperforming and as the saying goes " A new brush sweeps clean" Leeds as a club needed a massive shake up and like him or not Cellino cleared the dead wood.

Couldn't agree more wex, always thought he was out of his depth as a first team coach. Good motivator with kids though as development coach.

Lads don't get me wrong I agree Neil was out of his depth and a new brush does sweep clean, nut my point was about the read, his passion for Leeds, his relationship between him and his dad and Leeds and how Celenio treate8 the club. I didn't know he drained the pool, I didn't know everyone got sacked, I didn't know about the spy.

Dougie Redfearne seemed happy enough working for owners with no ambition for Leeds United for years.

Aussie, how did you do in your triathlon?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

22 Nov 2016 11:23:28
Thanks for asking Lucas chap! It was only a small tri but ended up doing it in 1hr 1min! Which was 4 min quicker than I hoped for. Found out my legs don't like running after a bike ride. Lol. All in all happy with it and stayed up to midnight watching the Leeds game! I'm a trooper eh!

Well done Aussie. Doesn't matter how long, short, what time, you did it which is more than most people. Hopefully my creaky old knees will be able to last out for training for a half marathon next year. Can't swim and can only do about 20 miles on a bike then I'm knackered so no chance of a tri.

Well done Aus, from another marathoner. I managed my best time to date this year for a half of 1hr 35m but took on a cross country marathon a week later and it p**sed it down all day and turned it into a mud bath. I came home in 4hr 10m which was half an hour slower than I'd hope but at least us old codgers are having a go! Good luck on your next one and you too Lucas. MM.

Aus, I'm only a half decent runner - I'm not good at cycling and am a very average swimmer. I take my hat off to anyone who can do all three (especially at your age) lol! Well done mate. MM.
