then theres a good chance play offs at the end of the season

Admit we could do with another strong defender though...

Nothing to moan about?? We made hard work of beating a team with ten men yesterday and managed to let them equalize late on and only just managed to win the game after throwing it away!
A win is a win, however there is still plenty to moan about so dont be so quick to pop the champagne corks yea!!

What we need to do is finish games off comfortably. If they hadn't have had a man sent off yesterday then i dont think we would have fun the way they were passing the ball around. Rachubka didnt come for one cross yesterday and looked very average in goal
Give him a chance Simon knows him well keeping is about confidence and a lot of that comes from in front of him and he needs to get use to them as well we are progressing week on week be positive in Simon and ken we trust ,leeds fan since72 travel 240 miles round trip for home games and go most weeks so get off the players and staff Backs and support the team.

Leeds manager Simon Grayson saw his side concede an injury-time goal against Coventry on Tuesday - brought about by another Rachubka error - and was happy to see his men benefit from a late goal this time out.

ref spoilt what was not the best of games i cannot see why connelly is still playing he is crap . i do think we can play better but to win there and not be at our best was a good result well played sam and well played luchi

Time to bring in a keeper on an emergency loan? I think so. We have to persist with Rachubka for the moment, despite another potentially costly error. To drop him now, after only 2 gams would destroy his confidence. He might be rusty and could improve. But an experienced loan keeper will give us options if we need to make a change in a few games if Rachubka continues poorly.

People can say what they like about connelly but he is the reason snodgrass has been playing well recently. They work together so well and frankly I'd prefer snodgrass to play well rather then getting a loan rb or letting bromby or lees play rb.

Wasn't at the game but sounded like a defensive mix up to me. Rachubka also made a critical save in injury time with the score at 2-2 without which we would probably have lost. Get off Rachubka's back - he's more than good enough as backup to the brilliant Lonergan.
Lets give Rachubka some leg room here, he has a lot to live up to, and yes he does need to be up for it, but he hasn't done that bad so far, other than the mnistake against Coventry. We all want and expect the best, but untill we are premiership with the money to buy we have to rely on what we have, get behind them????

Bloody heart attack material! Conceded late on again but kept going, well done becchio and well done leeds, just need to keep going till the end and not take our foot of the gas in the 2nd half!
What's Becchio to do with it? It was O'Dea that scored - the ball was over the line before Becchio touched it.

Grayson signed Paynter - everyone makes mistakes. The anti-Grayson lobby are starting to look pretty stupid though. Given what he had to spend 18th would have been acceptable last year and this. 7th with no money was outstanding and it could be even better this year, though I suspect we'll be much where we were last year by the end of the season unless we strengthen in January. The squad's too thin to last a year - but that's not the manager's fault.
Grayson's been in management for less than 6 years. Starting with a Blackpool team looking like relegation certainties, he's already won two promotions and reached the play-offs. There are managers who don't achieve that in an entire 30 year career.
Anyone who thinks Leeds can do better than Grayson right now is either stupid, deluded or probably both.

Well, have to hold my hands up, i didn't think we could win at Peterborough today.After the Coventry game i posted on here that we would lose. I was wrong, and I am so glad! Really impressed winning there. They score a lot of goals and have been on good form. MOT!!!
Just think where we would be if we wouldn't have conceded in injury time v Coventry my mind boggles - question was Rachubka at fault for Posh equaliser?
As far as I can gather ( not being there today) it was a ball into the box, Rachubka got caught in no mans land and mixed up with his defenders, didn't get the ball. Another error, nearly cost us again!
Are we continuing the conspiract theory about Rachubka giving away goals on purpose or are we going to cut him some slack and get behind him??

O'Dea got the winner but the point still stands - the game ends with the final whistle. We've got late AWAY goals against Posh to win, Brighton and the Hammers to draw. All of these are top teams around the play off places and 3 points would have been acceptable. 5 from 9 across those games is a good haul.
Yes, Coventry was a blip but we're doing very well with the resources available. Maybe of a few more than the pitiful 21,000 that went to the Coventry game we'd have some more cash to spend on the team come January.
So where is the apology from the disbeliever who posted this crap? Are you really not big enough to come back and eat your words, or at least admit you were wrong?? And you call yourself Leeds?

Yes - it worked. We won the game just because of your magical post. It was relayed to the team and collectively they thought 'we'd better score another because someone has posted a vitriolic remark on a rumours site'. Well done, mate, you've really helped us get those 3 points today.
Posh are a good team - they attack - they score goals. 2-2 would have been disappointing but teams with 10 men often turn things around - remember how we got promoted after Max's sending off at 1-0 down last year? I'd have taken 2-2 before the game which makes the win even sweeter.
Oh - and why not SUPPORT the team instead of whining?
Yes, lets all post "so we lost again" before the kick off, and if we lose you can say 'well I told you so' or if we win you can all claim it's down to your individual post incitng the players.

1 mistake - eve a bad one - does not make anyone a bad player in any position. Up until then he looked pretty solid. Came out, caught well, couple of good saves.
