Never mind Vassell,its rumoured Macheda is wanting to go out on loan,hes quick,good eye for a goal and would be great at championship level,hes a much better prospect,cmon SG,sign him on loan for the year.

Max Gradel can beat any man with his pace and works hard every match; while Ramon Nunez is technically superior and scores vital goals. but who should Simon start? 'Agree' for Max, 'Disagree' for Ramon.
He should start nunez and use gradel as impact player
We should start them both With Nunez Replacing Mcormack

Just a though but don't we usually renew contracts at Christmas , maybe wages and other information have been agreed with the likes of gradel but just waiting til around December/January as bates likes doing then and has for the past couple of seasons ... ?
It's standard, start of the season 'x' player asks for new contract, Bates says perform up til christmas and we'll consider it. in the mean time, other clubs have made contact with 'x' player and offered him a deal.

Ed just wondering what you and everyone's opinion is:
If Nunez was given a chance end of last season, do you think he could of injected the spark and creative football to take us up, either through play offs or auto?
I just wish grayson would use his players better sometimes.. somma last year aswell.
he decided to play paynter at the vital part of season {Ed001's Note - possibly, he would certainly have offered more than Paynter did, Paynter is clearly struggling with confidence. I understand why he is being played, to try and get him through the bad patch, but it is not working and it is weakening the team.}
When we signed paynter i was gutted, and I dont understand people saying give him time etc, hes never been good enough for this standard. becchio, somma and ross are the standard of finishers we should employ at our club. sorry but no room for paynter not even a res for me.
I can understand people sayin give him a chance at the start but now we should give him away

fed up of seeing people who know sod all about football go on about how we should sell snoddy and max before we lose them for nothing, how fickle you all are, if we we're to sell them i'm willing to bet that you'd be still here slagging larry n bates off for cashing in on our best players... we are no longer a selling club, if we're to get back where we belong we need to be keeping our best players otherwise we'll never be able to attract decent players... the only way we'll sell gradel, snoddy, howson etc. is if it is right for the club
